I'm so confused. Why did the Doctor asked Amy "Why did you forget them, the Daleks" in Season 5 episode 3 when she has never met them before in the Eleventh Hour and The Beast Below? It's been bugging me ;_; sorry if this is a stupid question. Is there a special that I missed or something?

Well dear, Its all about Season 4 Episodes "The Stolen Earth" and "Journeys End"! You see, The Daleks invaded Earth! so Amy should have met them, but mysteriously she hadn't, she had forgotten all about them! its very wibbly wobbly timey whimey. Moffat forgot that and didn't include it! plot holes!
