kol:
To say that Kol wasn’t happy about being daggered yet again would be an understatement. He was angry at both Klaus and Elijah, but mostly as his half brother. He had now been daggered so many times that he was beginning to lose count and he was getting sick of it. He’d asked around the town to find that it had been over a century that he had missed, not only that but he had been transported from New Orleans to a small town in Virginia while he was down.
He found out from some rather tasty humans that his family, or more specifically his sister, were throwing a party and it would have been rude for him not to show up. It took him a while to find his brother, not that he was in a hurry while feeding and flirting with as many drunk teenagers as possible. When he finally found Klaus, he walked up behind him slowly a smirk written on his face. “Brother, how rude of you not to invite me to the party. i’ll assume my invitation was lost in my coffin somewhere.”

Contrary to popular belief, Niklaus didn’t go about daggering his siblings just for the hell of it. Behind each daggering held a meaning, no matter how frivolous the action they had committed was leading up to said daggering. While he played it off as him being annoyed or frustrated by their actions, the bigger reasoning behind it was for protection. If Kol couldn’t stop himself from acting recklessly and bringing unnecessary attention to themselves, then Klaus would.
He hadn’t been expecting his brother to come out of the woodwork, especially when he wasn’t the one who had taken the dagger out of his heart, but he refused to allow his surprise to be exposed on his face. He turned around at the sound of his brother’s voice, quirking up an eyebrow at his presence. “The very coffin that you’re still supposed to be in, brother. Who was it that let you out this time? Elijah, no doubt. He didn’t wake Finn up as well, did he? I hope not. He’s much more exciting in his box.”
