“—what i want?” she began in an alluring tone, batting her eyelashes to play along with that deceitful tone she knew well. after all, she had mastered it herself in the art of manipulation. yet her tone soon turned to one of brash fervor. “what i want is a million dollars. and what i need — is a million dollars.” she quieted down again, batting her eyelashes as if to make her point to back off, “now it’s very clear you can’t help me with that, yeah?? i thought so.”
His smirked turned wider as she snapped back at him. Good, he enjoyed challenges. “I can’t help with that, no” he said with a shrug. “but surely there’s something else in there.” he leaned on the counter and looked at her. “I mean, there’s a reason why you’re at my store, right?” he said in a soft and mellow tone. “What would you do with one million dollars, huh?”
kimiko was immediately intrigued by the store front. anything unique jumped out at the woman and this one screamed ‘items no one else has’ which was a huge factor on how she made her purchases. she turned to the man, a curious look on her face then shook her head. “honestly, i just thought the place looked cool.” she admitted, a sheepish smile on her face.
Billy smiled at the girl that entered the story with a sheepish smile. Easy target. They were always fun but he also enjoyed challenge from time to time. The boy leaned on the counter and gave her a warm smile. “It is really cool, isn’t it?” He knew the small store had its own vibe and personality. “There’ a bit of everything here, that’s why people always come and lurk. I think it calls them somehow” he shrugged.
kim is book smart, and although that doesn’t mean that she isnt, or can’t be street smart … it’s a fact that she really isn’t that street smart. BUT she knows enough to know when someone’s trying to get her to buy, or do something, especially when that someone is billy. “ i am someone who knows what they want. ” she replied confidently. “ but what do you think i want ? ”
He nodded at her reply, trying to hide the amusement in his features as she tried to return his question at him. He remembered her, how could he forget? They went to the same school while growing up, she represented everything he hated and there was still some of that hatred left in his heart. “What do I want?” he said as he tried to look surprised, almost touched. He placed a hand on his heart and sighed. “Ah, not many people ask me that. How thoughtful.” he said with a tight smile that appeared to be natural. “If I really have to chose, I’ll say books. You can never get enough books. I do have some interesting ones on the back.” he said as he pointed at the old shelf with his chin.
“See, you give me this impression of someone that knows what they want” he said as he pointed at them with a his golden pen, his eyes narrowed and his playful smirk spreading through his features. “But are you aware of what you need?” He said as he raised an eyebrow. “that’s where I jump in. What do you want, love?”
( *✧ John Seo, he/him ) — that was Bilius "Billy" Lockheart, the twenty-three year old Antique Store owner that’s resourcelful & mysterious, but also treacherous & selfish. in another dimension, he was known as Billy Cipher from Gravity Falls.
BACKGROUND
He was the only adoptive child of Derek and Myriam Lockheart, two historians that made their living by writing boring books about things that nobody cared, or at least that’s how Billy saw it.
Both of his parents were quirky and a bit weird, always dropping history facts in the wrong situations. They weren’t very social either so they were known as the town weirdos everywhere they went. And they did moved around a lot.
Because of their profession, they moved from city to city to write books and then leave to somewhere else.
Even though his parents tried to give Billy love, Billy rejected it almost immediately. He was ashamed of how his parents acted around other people, he was ashamed of their profession, he was ashamed of his name (I mean, what kind of name is Bilius to begin with??) And tried to avoid being seen with them at all costs.
Everything got worse when they decided to finally settle down in citiesville, teaching at Billy’s high school. Billy hated it. He hated it with every bone in his body and he also hated everyone that made fun of him.
He was a quiet but clever child though. He never answered to their bickering but he always found a way to get back at them. Missing gym clothes after showering, A small accident with their lockers,struck tires in their bikes, no one knew it was Billy ruining their lives with the simplest and smallest details.
He left for college(finally) and there he could be what he wanted to be an more. He studied psychology and he was actually good. Right after graduation though, he got a call from his parents.
They told him they were moving away from citiesville and needed someone to take care of the family business: an odd antique store that for some reason they wanted to keep.
Knowing that his family wouldn’t be there to bother him, he decided to take care of the store until they came back.
Even though Billy finds the job boring, it’s peaceful without his parents around. He also feels drawn to the objects around him for a reason that he cannot comprehend.
PERSONALITY
Okay this little shit.
He’s a smart little bastard and is ready to take down whoever he wants.
He can come up as charming and wonderful, he will tell you whatever you want to hear and he’ll make you buy whatever he wants you to buy.
Why did you brought that old streaked vynil? You don’t know but he convinced you you needed it, even though you don’t have a player for those.
He avoids his past at all costs and never answers questions about his family.
His major in psychology make him a very observant young man, he can tell you’re lying by the way you blink.
He will definitely make you trust him but you shouldn’t. He uses people to his will and if you’re no longer useful for him, he’ll ditch you without a second thought.

Never, ever. He will smile at you and act like nothing happened but you can be sure he’s already plotting his revenge in his head.
Billy is not a kid anymore, the childish pranks are way gone. He even sent a kid to the hospital sometime. Something happened to his bike and he crashed against a tree.
