Toronto Pals,  Do you know a good psychotherapist with a sliding scale/free? I’m looking for someone who has anti-oppressive frameworks, some kind of neurochemistry/hormone knowledge preferably, some kind of narrative/DBT/emotion-based therapy training and if they’re familiar with various gender identities, that’s a positive too. I have the most unattainable ideal in mind which is probably why nobody is e-mailing me back….

Of course I’m not expecting someone free to have all these qualifications and FREE is the ideal situation here. Help?
