Day 2 of

Back in the saddle again. This is my first hour back to drawing practice in over 10 years. Which is shocking to say. And I’ve always been afraid to use color.

After my first semester of art school I decided to drop out and become a more practical version of myself, a CPA.

While I am still working in accounting and finance, as a lower lever executive in a non profit, I have decided I need to go back to art school. I will be returning this fall to attain my bachelors in studio art. Every day going forward my goal is to sit right here and draw for an hour, regardless of how I feel it’s going.

My proportions may be skewed and my technique may be lacking, but I’m going for it.
