We had our second session. Themes: learning to say no and express needs: "I feel like I don't have a say, I don't have a right to express a need", and sharing work related stuff to exchange ideas: "it is something I had in previous relationships and it is something that I miss"

End of session, after a bottle of Zivania, snuggled in bed: "Let's talk about things without waiting for our session to address issues."

On another note, I finally met one of my neighbours as she invited me over for coffee/tea. She has such a bubbly personality, is energetic and an excellent conversationalist. We connected instantly and talked about pretty much everything; our likes & dislikes, fears & whatnot. I'd love to go camping, rock climbing and freediving with her.
