too quiet
Listening your own thoughts is good thing to do regularly but if you still really feel that its really too quiet you should have to out to listen sound of people or mother nature or just talk with someone if don't want to be alone.Its also not a shame to sit where ever you want to sit or even talk by yourself if it feels like it.It does help sometimes or one thing to do is write down your words or even shout but maybe that is best to at home or somewhere where aint nobody around if it isn't purpose rage to somebody else.
