Without a doubt. Happiness.
Alistair is to put it bluntly, is a very very sad person. At the beginning of it all he was a nobody. But when he was plagued with a curse of undeath, he lost so much of his memories, his sense of self, and his real name that when he attempted to save the world but failed he no longer if ever smiles.
Even going into Reborn territory, he can’t really find a reason to smile. Heck, apart of the reason it takes him so long for him to consider anyone a friend is because he doesn’t consider them friends to him whatsoever the point in being happy if everything will fade away sooner or later? Even when he starts to befriend people like Julia, Cain, Laura, Shelly, or Cal, he never smiles. EVER.

In regards to Alistair (my Dark Souls 3 OC who got thrown into Pokémon Reborn) doing stuff on a lazy day…
In the beginning of it all, he’d probably just stand still as a statute since he doesn’t even remember his hobbies at all. Due to forgetting his memories the more he dies he can’t remember what he did.
However, as time passes on, he starts to gain more hobbies based on the people who have influenced him in some way or another. Such as gardening from Laura, which is something he enjoys since he was a farmer at one point in his life before everything happened to him. To playing sparkles (or sparkling candle sticks) with Julia due to their shared bond for explosives, to the last one being that he lays down on his Typhlosion’s back as it reminds him of the warmth of a bonfire whenever he once traveled the world of Lothric.
