I am not sure where INTJs get the reputation of always being confident. Ni ensures that INTJs have an ambitious and ideal inner vision, which causes them to continuously strive for what can only be described as perfection. They may be confident in a hobby, or confident in their opinions, but that is because they allow themselves to perform or voice it ONLY if they are 100% sure they are right. It doesn’t mean they are confident with their overall being. Whoever thinks that, has fallen for INTJ’s mask. The only difference between an INFJ and INTJ’s crippling self doubt, is that INFJ occasionally feels the need to express it.
