My name is Haruka Tenoh. I'm a racer as well as an athlete. However, those are only two parts of who I am. There's more to me than what meets the eye after all. “I hurt my friend on accident and I told her I was sorry…but she’s still upset with me.”

"Oh, I see."

Haruka could understand that situation quite well considering how things were changing all around her. Had she done the same to Setsuna without realizing it? Everyone had been caught up in attending to things and only a few could get any leads on what faced Kousagi.

"Well, sometimes it takes a bit of time for friends to be able to talk about what hurt them. You were very good in apologizing and I am sure your friend will come around after a bit more time. Let her work through what she feels for a few days and then try talking to her again to work it out?"

She watches Haruka warily. The main subject, at the moment, being the doppelganger. 

“Please, tell me everything you know.”

As for the other topic, Setsuna honestly doesn’t know how to respond to. Haruka, Michiru, everyone really. People have been so involved with whatever other things are occupying their minds, they don’t even seem to be aware of Kousagi’s situation?

“I see.”

She was aware of many things that had gone out of balance. However, she didn't know of Kousagi's current position and trouble and was unaware of the hell they were going to face as a group. Watching her friend, and old companion, she noticed it was all for business at the moment and she could respect that. People had been focused on themselves without noticing the changes but not everyone revolved around others it appeared. Everyone had lives outside of their work now despite Haruka being hard on the soldier front in her own ways.

"Chibiusa has a double and she tried to get information out of me about her mother. Knew I was a senshi after I got on guard. She almost caused a scene on me but I know she's smarter than she lets on. She's dangerous but it's likely we'll have to kill...."

She hated the idea and it was one that haunted her like the many times she had died at that point. Would her sword be tainted with more blood of people she knew or rather doubles of people she knew? A child was innocent but she was well aware that Rini was far from that.

It didn't seem like a bad idea to invite JunJun out for brunch as she also needed to remind herself to eat a bit more than usual. Despite the world everyone was putting in, she still hated the fact she couldn't do more. It was not her place as it was obvious Chibiusa's team was stepping up with others to take on the threats. She was proud of them for that.

Showing it in it her own way, she had driven JunJun to their current location to enjoy whatever she wanted. Of course she was curious of the girl's findings of what was going on as well. Energy sources kept spiking but at random and she could only feel the strange energy if she happened to be close to the area the spike radiated from. It was truly peculiar.

"Hm, I hope you enjoy the meal but I'm also curious on other subjects, though I figured you already knew I'd ask about those."

Homeward Bound (Open for Outers|SMRP)

All she wanted, really, was a shower. 

Well - a shower, a cup of tea, a long period of sitting on her own couch, and then finally falling asleep in her own bed.

Michiru made a point of very rarely announcing her comings and goings - and with the way her violin career had been taking off, she was gone more often than not. But now her tour was up and over, the reviews were glowing, she’d been handed the expected accolades - 

And finally, she was home.

She settled her shoes neatly in the entryway before tip-toeing up the stairs. Seeing no-one in the kitchen or immediate living room, she headed over to the electric kettle and put water on for that afore-mentioned tea. And only then, once the water was heating, did she allow herself a happy little sigh of relaxation.

Leaving the water to boil, she turned and picked up her violin case before walking down the hallway toward the bedrooms.

“Hello?” Her voice, though quiet, carried in the silent air of the house. “Is anyone home?”

It had been a stressful time and Haruka had adapted to more of a nocturnal lifestyle. With Setsuna no longer being around the home for however long, and the new threats popping up on the radar she knew, she was a bit of a wreck in her own right. The house remained clean however and she did her best to take care of ChibiChibi despite he lack of decent sleep.

When Michiru returned home, the blonde was half attempting to sleep until it was nearly impossible. Her mind returned to the conversation with the double of Chibiusa and the unsettling feeling edged into her mind again. She grumbled only to run her hands over her face when she thought she had hallucinated the sound of her partner's voice in the house.

Time apart often made them stronger but the blonde did appear like she was losing her mind in some sense. Dark circles under her once vibrant eyes would be the most noticeable taking her in at a glance. Hearing the sounds in the hallway, she rose from her pitiful attempt at sleep and yawned into an open palm.

Haruka stepped out into the hall and froze upon seeing Michiru in the flesh after so long. In her daze, she rubbed at her eyes just to make sure she wasn't a figment of her exhausted mind playing tricks on her.

"Michiru?" 

It was obvious the racer felt confused.

Risky Venture

Serena would want to know about her, she had no doubt about that; she just had to find her. Rini was more than willing to bet that the past version of her mother would be more entertaining than some stuffy, paranoid little Senshi.

She smiled at that quirked up brow. “I wanna know where my Mama is. Everything in this city is so big, and it’s all in Old Japanese, but she’s gotta be here somewhere . Puu wouldn’t have sent me here if she wasn’t.”

Puu was dead. She couldn’t send anyone any where.

Haruka still kept a tight line on her words regardless as the kid kept up with wanting to see Usagi. The soldier would refuse to let her get that close. It would only be more painful in the end for everyone involved if that happened. She couldn't let Usagi get ripped to shreds emotionally if she could prevent it somehow after all.

"Hm, I'm not sure where she'd be this time of day or this week actually." she remarked fluidly. Of course, her lie came out smooth and she didn't betray her words with any cues of the sort. She followed it up with ruffling her own hair and only sighed a bit. "Kind of drifted apart, you know?"

Oh, it was a game they were playing and she was not about to lose.

For the past couple of weeks, Setsuna has been living in Luna’s lab. She’s quit her job as a scientist, dedicating herself solely to her mission, and ChibiChibi. For the most part at least. Ruben and Kuro still seem to distract her even there, which is something she’s actively trying to fix. To Michiru and Haruka, she left a message, explaining her focus. Neither of them seem available, which makes her resentful. They should all be raising the kids together, and uniting against a cause, and instead, they’re strangers.

Does Haruka know about her struggle leaving the university? Or who Setsuna spends time with? Or how much she hurts?

Is she actively trying to help Kousagi? The behavior isn’t what she expects from either Haruka or Michiru. What can she do? Ignore.

Luna and Setsuna are focused. Just the other night, they have been able to spot some energy. Now, they work on building a new system, something much more accurate in terms of energy sensing. This new system can read different types of energy, and if properly use, can indicate the strength and the level of destruction.

As afternoon hit, she receives a text, indicating Haruka wishes to talk. Now, this is worrisome. Did something happen to ChibChibi?

Haruka’s presence is authorized at the lab. A powerful constrauction, hidden under the Arcade. Luna is resting, as Setsuna stands there waiting for Haruka.

The two women stare at each other, for once alone at the same place for more than just a few moments.

“Hello.” She greets, void of expression.

It was a greeting she had expected in a sense. They both had a reserved form and it appeared Setsuna had shifted to being neutral and void of emotions for the time being. Haruka could not blame her as she deserved it plain and simple.

She entered the lab and laid the bag to the side knowing it was not the important thing at that moment. What mattered was fixing what had happened and trying to aide both Setsuna and Luna in what was going on. In a way, she had been doing her own thing patrolling the city in the late evenings on her motorcycle until she couldn't stand the racing anymore. Somethings bothered her about the threat.

"I came to talk and to see what I can do to fix this." she murmured. "I ran into one of the ones you are likely looking for while on a walk a few weeks ago and I have been looking around to try and track her." she admitted only to keep some distance in respect to the other.

There was a distance between them and much to talk over besides their mission and main fight. They had drifted and Haruka knew it was her own fault. The winds changed and shifted and it appeared as if she had embodied her element more so than usual as of late. It was no excuse however and she would work to fix their bond by any means necessary.

"I also know I haven't been reliable as of late and I want the chance to fix that."

She had a lot to explain in her own fashion but time had gotten away from her simply for her own thoughts on having found Rini around. It unnerved her in a fashion she hadn't expected but she was still a soldier. Grabbing the bag she brought, she had tracked down where Setsuna had been staying knowing she had not been around the house in quite sometime.

Haruka understood their duties but she owed her family, and her dearest friend time now. Having taken off from racing for the time being, she knew now more than ever her entire family was more important. She texted Setsuna and waited with the gift bag while the winds picked up a bit. The senshi merely rolled her shoulders and tried to keep her thoughts clear. It felt like things were becoming muddled somehow and she disliked the feeling.

Perhaps that was a reason she had sort of withdrawn into herself once more? The time of quiet was enough to unsettle the usual sure footed woman and she hated it.

A defensive mechanism she hated to fall back onto but she had done it to herself. Now she hoped to fix whatever had been damaged from her behavior as well as to find out what she could do to help in the obvious trouble they all had to face as senshi.

"I just hope it's not too late."

Important

Hey all, this is important for you to read over. I am now working with my old neighbor for his company that he is trying to kick off the ground. I’m handling steel work and fabrication of said steel with welding and grinding the welds to make it right.

I’ll be a bit scarcer in the evenings as I have to be up before 4:20 am tomorrow. Same goes for Saturday but I’ll be off on Sunday so you’ll see more of me then I hope. It’s an opportunity I am not letting slip out of my reach since he wants to teach me the skills of the trade and I really enjoy doing hands on work like this.

“You don’t even know what I’m going to ask,” she pouts, poking her tongue out as if she were the child her body reflected, rather than the queen she truly was. “Didn’t anyone ever teach you not to judge without cause?”

This senshi was irritatingly suspicious and not nearly as clever as she thought she was. 

It’d be easier - more relaxing - to just kill her. But no, o that wasn’t the smart thing. It was better to play at being a child, harmless and bratty.

Haruka kept quiet nonetheless at the quip. She wanted to smack the brat into oblivion but doubted it would be wise to do so at the moment. Slipping her hands into her pockets, she watched her and fell into playing along to keep things peaceful for a time between them.

Being suspicious was part of her job, and being clever wasn't always on the forefront of her mind. Bluntness overruled that portion when it came to it. Settling with Rini, she raised a brow to the girl wondering just what sort of things she was going to ask. Any answer would have to be carefully thought out before given.

The kid looked like a child but she knew well enough looks were highly deceiving.

Winter Meeting

Winter weather was always a troublesome thing for the blonde to accept. She despised it not only for the frigid temperatures but also for the way it made old aches flare without reason. As tough as she acted around many, she wasn't as much steel as they thought. She was of flesh and bone like all the others despite having a high tolerance level for pain. With the snow coming down, she adjusted the dark green scarf around her neck and shoved her hands into her leather jacket pockets.

Haruka was enjoying the walk in spite of the weather. Movement helped her to keep active after all and she wasn't going to let her old injuries bug her much if she could help it. A faint limp might be noticed after a period of time but she was so used to it that it never bugged her. Carrying on through the local park, she eventually paused long enough to settle on a bench. Feeling the cold snow hit her nose, she moved a hand to brush it off before staring at the flakes as they fell.

"Hm, cold winter again this year. I bet the others are enjoying it." Little did she know, she wouldn't be alone for long.

“But Haruka,” The blonde pouted “I wanna move around outside of bed.”

Minako pinched her lips together, eyes narrowing slightly at her. She took the yea anyway, sipping it carefully. A few bruises and possible broken ribs wouldn’t keep her down for long. It couldn’t keep her down. The senshi wouldn’t allow it.

“I was being stupid is what happened. ” She began, sighing. “Got into a fight that I thought I could finish. Apparently, I was wrong. ”

Haruka listened closely and noticed the sigh. Hearing about the fight only made her wonder just what had the power to knock Minako down when that was no easy task to do.

"I see. Whatever it was had to have been strong then to get you down. You're too stubborn to just roll over, like me in that instance. You'll heal quickly so don't fret to much on it."
