Mi történik akkor, ha nem tudom mikor érzem magam otthon?

Can anybody see her?
Can they see the war written into her skin,
or the sleepless shadows beneath her eyes?

Her eyes are hollow — glass-like,
reflecting everything,
holding nothing.

That stare…
too sharp, too heavy,
like it could make the world tilt.

Or is it just me?

Am I her?
Or is she just something wearing my face?

I don’t remember meeting her before.
So why does she look at me
like she knows everything?

(Standing in front of the mirror.)

I stand still —
she doesn’t.

She watches.

Why is she so full of anger,
yet drowning in sadness?

Why does her gaze feel like a wound?

I’m scared of her.
I’m scared she’s me.

Is she me?

(I stare at my reflection,
and the face staring back
feels like a stranger.)
