I’m sorry I’m not able to reply to all the messages I receive. I promise I try my best to keep up but sometimes I lose track because it’s a lot of messages and then life keeps on happening. I swear I will try to get back to you guys whenever it’s possible. But quick replies is not realistic for me. Sorry lovelies. I hope y’all understand. Same goes for asks. Hi everyone who’s still here.

I know I’ve been absent. The last few years were extremely painful. You guys have been a part of that journey, and I did DBT. life still SUCKS. I still struggle and I don’t hurt myself the way I used to. There’s still a long way to go to completely heal myself. I want to start sharing things I learnt in DBT, DBT skills with all of you. I know you all are struggling too. I would really appreciate and be grateful if any of you just try some of the things I share despite of how convinced you are that nothing helps. Please just try. Think of it this way, everything is horrible already and trying some of this stuff won’t make it worse, it might just make it bearable.

I urge everyone if they have access and the resources to look for DBT, or a DBT informed therapist. I understand how difficult it is. And please reach out to me if you have any questions.
