I hate to cry. I hate showing that im weak even if im by myself. But i realized that crying doesn’t make you weak, it is the first step in getting better. Last night, i was on the verge of breaking down. Like, ive held it in for so long and i guess after a while i just let it go. I cried and cried for hours; not even my boyfriend could calm me down. But after i did, i felt better and started to think about what im going to do with myself.

So maybe you’re worried about your future. Or maybe about your weight, friends, your well being. Or in my case, all the above. You have to understand that holding it in makes it worse overtime and you will eventually explode. Just cry. Its okay to cry.. you’re human for crying out loud (no pun intended)

Just cry so hard you fall asleep. and when you wake up, you’ll be relieved and you can start thinking about what you’re going to do next to better yourself. Because things get harder, im not gonna lie. However, YOU get stronger. so keep going. Think of alternatives, keep yourself busy, and take things on step at time. Ill be there for you every step of the way.
