i’m literally losing weight everywhere but where i want to actually lose some fat

i hate when my binges get so bad i get super bad acid reflux when i try to sleep it’s a nightmare

so glad i’m not a pickle hater because i had no idea pickles could be one of my fav snacks that are also low in cal

why is it when i’m forcing my diet and working out i lose no weight but when i don’t do any strict diet or workouts i lose hella weight?? probably because i just sleep and lay down all day

u know ur making progress if ppl around u randomly start telling if u want to eat more and telling u to eat more

biggest pet peeve of mine is when someone tells me “ur gonna gain all that weight back or even more” like saying that is going to make me stop what i’m doing 💀

i’m just going to start eating cereal in a small cup now so if i want seconds it’s not like i’m having a whole second bowl of it so it will be less

ofc the day i plan to have a restrictive diet today someone had to order pizza for dinner smh

literally only eat hospital food which is literally just soup and occasionally toast but rarely

i wish i was a robot because i literally don’t have to eat or drink and have the same body i want forever like being a robot sounds like a dream to me
