It might be considered revenge porn, which is DEFINITELY illegal. But fuck legal technicalities, what matters here is how extremely unethical, immoral, and abusive this act was. This is plain and simple, a completely inexcusable act of depravity and cruelty. Posting a photo of someone's upskirt -- whether they're a cis man, a trans man, a cis woman, a trans woman, etc -- is heinous and depraved. This is purely disgusting. I hope the trans woman is able to press criminal charges to the fullest extent of the law, but people with money dont really go to jail. So i hope jk rowling gets hit by a fucking semi truck.
