I cannot and will never support looting and car burning, but the people of Ferguson have the absolute right and need to fight back against a militarized police force who are violating the constitution and civil rights and liberties of the people.

The first amendment is not a restricted right. There are no “first amendment areas.” Sadly, unless the entire nation revolts, this will be the norm.
