written by Elizabeth Nelson and Timothy Bracy. Nelson and Bracy have contributed to Stereogum, The Stranger, NPR’s Song of the Day and The Washington Post. Bracy is one of the founders of Misra Records, the label that brought you Phosphorescent, Destroyer and Centro-matic among others, and has been called “one of the songwriting masters” by Okkervil River’s Will Sheff. Nelson leads one of my (and Robert Christgau’s) favorite bands, The Paranoid Style.
