Spencer smiled and reiterated, “Trust me, you will.” He groaned a bit at her mention of exams and sighed. “Yeah, I’m dreading it already, pretty much. It’s not going to be pretty.”

He chuckled. “Oh, gladly. I’m not sure my books would tickle your fancy but I guess you could give it a try.” He gave a small laugh. “No, you aren’t.”

He was so confident in his words, the confidence brought a smile to her face. He managed to make her feel at ease that much she will admit but another part of her, deep within still worries about being the odd one out especially in a town as fascinating as this one. “If you are ever need of a pick me up give me a shout out and I’ll come with brownies in hands.” nothing perks someone mood more than sweets, in Winter case food in general.

“Well here’s a little insight on me, I’m a helpless romantic so maybe a novel that will pull my heart string?” she mused, Winter was always a pure sucker for stories that involved star crossed lovers.

She’d always tended to ramble about her interests, and she’d always been a bit of an outcast because of her love of classical music compared to her classmates who’d always preferred modern pop or rock. “As the saying goes, time will tell.” she does partake in a few hobbies and like to think she is above average when partaking in her hobbies but would she honestly count them as a talent of hers? Her nose scrunched at the thought, nah she added internally with a barely noticeable shake of the head. “So tell me, since you’re a Concord native. What is there to do for fun around here?” she inquired, curiosity getting the best of her.
