As someone who couldn't care less about the meta (ie; a casual, probably) I absolutely love how Side Order turns it on its head. Triple Splashdown is the best special! Ink Mines are invaluable! It's completely backwards!

Small details I noticed in the new Fantasy Life i trailer

The island is confirmed to be in Reveria.

A part of the island (top left corner) is covered with clouds, and the structure the cloud is covering seems towerlike.

5 different types of crops spotted.

A minimap in the top right corner of the screen.

Trees show their level (ores will probably be the same).

The level of monsters is also visible, as well as their elemental type.

Plushlings spotted!

Yuelia also spotted! And her pale blonde hair is now veeery white.

NPCs that you can recruit to your party now have an icon a top their heads with their Life.

Celestia statue spotted!

Ah, yes, I forgot that little snag of "Nintendo shut down literally everything on the 3DS." Since I have no interest in dismantling the dang thing to remove the micro sd at the moment, please accept low quality Damien being the best character in the game.

Oookie dokie my 3DS is not wanting to connect to the internet so I cannot currently get the screenshots off of it. Hopefully I can figure it out soon enough.

I think I should be at least 30% more consistent with what I'm posting here, right now it's jumbled between so many different things it's strange even looking at stuff.

So I guess I'll probably focus mostly on Fantasy Life for a minute since that's the playthrough of the hour? The comedic dialogue highlight post was from an older playthrough but I have since lost all save data since that was my old 3DS and it's the one game I have downloaded instead of physical wheeeeee

Playthrough 3 is off to a strong start, though. #1 was years ago and I technically cheated via having outside help, and #2 I don't think I actually finished. It took 13 hours to begin Chapter 2 this time though so I'm taking that as a good sign.

With Side Order close on the horizon I thought I'd share how petty I can be. I needed a render of Agent 8 for a tabletop thingy, but specifically the alternative hair since that's what I used.

No such render exists. I did this one via heavily editing a screenshot to remove everything that wasn't her. I think it turned out pretty good.
