When Jay began to pull her away, Blake near about smacked him. They had no time for anything else until they found Ryan. But she let it go because she knew he was trying to help and fighting would just mess with her power. Instead, she let him pull her off to a smaller spot, away from the crowd. It was quieter here, both physically and with her power. Blake took a deep breath in and tried to find that string of Ryan. He was scared and alone; that much she could tell. But where?
She didnât see another choice, though. She balled her hands into a tight fist and tried to pull him to her. At first, she wasnât sure anything happened, but then, she felt it. The whoosh of her power bringing her somewhere new. When she landed, it felt like the wind had been knocked out of her. She was in a training facility, in an empty room. Alone, and with her power starting to feel drained. Someone called her voice in her mind, and she teleported them into the room with her. Jay, not Ryan like sheâd hoped. âShit,â she grumbled, feeling the affects of over-working her power start to sink in. âIâdo you think heâs here somewhere?â she asked. @jayxxvasquezâ
All that mattered to Jay at the moment was that his son was brought back safe and sound. He wanted to remain calm for Blake but if he was to let his guard down she would see the fear in his eyes. Jay took his eyes off od Blake for a second and when he looked back she was gone. âFuck, Blake?â He called out, while her power was quite handy, at the moment it was annoying him and then it hit him that maybe Ryan had called her. âBlake⌠Blake!â He called out as he pushed all thoughts out of his mind and focused on the mother of his children.
Before he knew it he was teleported and like every time that he was teleported he was dizzy and had to hold on to something, luckily there was a wall nearby. It took him a few seconds to collect himself and to focus on where it was that they were at. Brown eyes searched the area around them and only returned to Blake when she spoke. Jay quickly moved to where she was at and placed his hand on her shoulder. âWe are going to find him.â He assured her. âIf you were pulled here than he has to be here.â He added. Jay pointed at the door and helped her walk over to it. Once they were out of the room and in the hallway they had to decide which way to head towards, âwhat side is calling you more?â @wonderboy-nievesâ
Ryan could feel a change. He didnât know if it was good or bad, but something felt different, or maybe he was just imagining things; after all, he had been receiving punches left and right and all for nothing. Just keep talking, his mind told him, as he struggled to keep his eyes open. âYou know this would be working out so much better if my sister were here. Two of the kids in danger? He would probably be here already and beating your assâ, another blow and the familiar metal flavor was in his mouth again.
âYou know what? I think youâve wasted my time long enoughâ, the man said, wiping his hands on the young guyâs clothes. âIf theyâre not here in ten minutes, you better pray that thereâs someone up there that opens the Gates for youâ, Ryanâs eyes went wide, his hair began changing colors, showing how nervous he was. âY-you better run because you really donât want to be here when my Mom arrivesâ.
