YT video: Exploring a Graffiti museum

I took all this footage when i was in rhode island with my girlfriend. Her and I stumbled upon this old military fort because I was looking for places to climb on the rocky shore and look at the ocean. They have seemingly completely given up on stopping or cleaning graffiti; and I think it’s beautiful like this.

In the wake of being an old historical military site, it is also now a free place for angsty artistic expression. It is a museum of different times, tags, memes, pop culture reference, and inside jokes. It’s so human it’s strange.

In a way I think there is less graffiti around town there, because people have been given this outlet somewhat freely.
