just finished up this lil guy!! what do you think?
closeups of my needlefelted fursuit head! She is merino wool over upholstery foam. I really wanted to achieve a “handmade doll” look with her while keeping the general head shape super realistic so she always reads as a cat. The big ribbon hides where she sits on my shoulders and the illusion is pretty good! I am excited to be her many more times.
Needlefelted Vi from arcane! 3” tall made of wool and pastels. neutral photos under the cut :)

Lmao I'm doing a craft trade with a wood worker , so I've been staring at trout on google since 3 am.
Crafting is the best
Together at last
After three weeks of on-and-off progress, my newest needle felted friend is done! Say hello to this fluffy little collie!
After getting inspired by some other animal felters, I wanted to see if I could use a method of attaching fur to replicate the fluffiness of their art, albeit I used batting instead of roving. Of course, I had to choose an appropriately fluffy subject for practice, so I decided to go with a rough collie for their lovely warm brown fur and kind look.
The fur turned out much better than I expected; every time I see this gal on my desk, I have to resist the urge to run my hands over that soft fur! The process of adding the fur is rather relaxing too, and I just love getting to stylize all the different fur patterns.
Now that I know this method of making fur works, I'm excited to see if I can do some other fluffy or longer-furred animals (especially foxes; that long, fluffy tail is just begging to be felted)! But for now, I hope you enjoy this little collie!
It happened....I felted too much and now I'm like this
Clown Art Month | Day 16 + 17 : Mythology + Tailor
These are the secret little guys that tailor your costume when you’re not looking 🧵
I've somehow become WORSE at updating this account after one of my goobers did numbers!
Please accept these 2 fools in progress as penance !
Trying to sell handmade crafts in this economy is so. Like. Hey guys I know we're all broke as fuck but do you want my silly little things. I'm very good at it. For the time it takes to make them + skill + materials it's gonna be 30$ per silly little thing. But also shipping costs 12$ for reasons outside my control so it's actually 42$ now. Sorry. No I really can't charge less than that. Yeah I know. Ok. Bye
And this is for my things that are silly and little. I'm not even one of those people making, like, quilts and blankets and shit. Can we pour one out for the fiber artists making quilts and blankets and shit
I'm presenting a tiny crocheted bird to you. Putting it into the palm of your hand. This can be yours. For what seems like too much money but I promise it isn't. We've all just really lost sight of fiber arts' value with industrialization and outsourced sweatshop labor etc. This is actually the minimum I could ask for without fucking myself. I don't like what this implies about mass produced items either. It's really horrific. You can get an ethically sourced 42$ tiny crocheted bird though
Shortly after posting this I received an order for nearly 200$ worth of tiny crocheted birds this is the good luck post for people actually paying for your handmade crafts

If ye could be Bwave... would ye?
Merobiba would.
Sometimes I think about the enormity of my mistakes and the pain and suffering I've caused those closest to me, and I wonder if it's worth it to continue going. I'm Merobiba!
Merobiba, you've done it again!
@drawfee I had to needlefelt her, Merobiba's been haunting me for weeks.
Simon helped.
Finally finished my imogen felt!
