Bichos (a Portuguese word which means "creatures") is a new series of lamps from Portugese architect Martinho Pita made using discarded Portuguese holly tree branches.
Ukrainian designer Vasiliy Butenko has created the Acorn Series of pendant lamps. They are constructed by wrapping cotton rope around plastic bottles.
The pendants are made with LED light sources and are available in blue, black and brown.
