"Thank you. Now, how much to do a backflip right now?" Y/n asked making Amber roll her eyes.
"Six bucks." Ilia said approaching the girls with Isabeau. Y/n's smile widened and Amber shook her head.
"No, backflips. Save it for the ice. Good to know you figured out what you're supposed to be wearing." Amber teased, gently shoving Ilia.
"Alright, so basically how about we stop making fun of me?" Ilia suggested but all the girls shook their heads, denying his request.
"What do you think Jun was talking about in his text? His friend saves puppies?" Isabeau asked putting her hands in her pockets.
"Who knows. He's a strange guy." Y/n shrugged looking around. Everyone was getting ready to start.
"Looks like we're starting." Amber mumbled and the group dispersed moving into their specific places.
AFTER OPENING CEREMONY / OLYMPIC VILLAGE
"Sunghoon?" Junhwan called out as everyone went in different directions to their rooms. Sunghoon turned and smiled at Junhwan.
"My favorite competitor." Sunghoon said hugging Junhwan. Junhwan hugged back with a matching smile.
"How long are you in Milan for?" Junhwan asked letting go.
"2 weeks." He replied putting his hands in his coat pocket.
"So you're staying for our whole portion?" Junhwan asked as they walked towards his building.
"Yeah." He nodded following.
"Was that before or after your crush on my friend?" Junhwan teased bumping shoulders with Sunghoon. Sunghoon shook his head looking down.
"Before. Speaking of, where are we going?" Sunghoon asked and, as if planned, Junhwan's phone went off.
He pulled his phone out of his pockets going over the messages. "I'm gonna change into something more casual and then we'll head to the USA side. We'll meet up with them there."
"Them?" Sunghoon thought only the three of you would be hanging out.
"I forgot to mention...It's the whole friend group. Ilia, Amber, and Isabeau will be with us." Junhwan said entering the building. He held the door for Sunghoon who walked in.
"What?! I didn't plan for a whole group." Sunghoon said slightly nervous. He had only mentally prepared to meet one person not multiple.
"It'll be fun, bro. Now, wait here. Give me like 5 minutes and then we'll head that way." Junhwan said before closing the door. Sunghoon leaned against the wall looking down at his phone. He opened up his own groupchat.
Junhwan emerged from his room in more casual clothes with a chill smile. "You good?"
"Yeah. Lead the way." Sunghoon said sticking his phone in his pocket. He ignored the buzzing.
"Isa! Hold still!" Y/n exclaimed trying to get the girl to stay still. She was braiding her hair while they waited for Junhwan.
"Tell Ilia to leave me alone!" The younger girl argued back glaring at Ilia, who was clearly measing with the girl.
"Ilia, please." Amber said looking up from her phone. Ilia sighed and took a seat next to Amber on the water fountain.
"Where is he?" Ilia asked glancing at Amber.
"He said he was on his way. He' probably waiting for his friend." Amber explained putting her phone in her purse.
"Okay. I'm done." Y/n said smiling at her work. Isabeau pulled out her phone to look at them. She smiled at the camera.
"Thanks!" She said hugging Y/n tightly.
"Of course. Also, I don't understand what he meant by his friend saving puppies? That's such an odd thing to say even for him." Y/n said opening her arms for the breeze on as she stood on the side of the water fountain.
"Six bucks." Ilia said abruptly making the girls look to him.
"What?" Y/n said confused.
"Six bucks to jump in." He clarified glancing at the water.
"Don't do it." Junhwan said approaching the groups.
"Jun!" The group said excitedly. Y/n jumped down from the fountain as the others tackled him a group hug. The other let go and Y/n quickly tackled him in a hug. Junhwan hugged back.
Sunghoon felt his world stop. She was prettier in person. He was also quick to notice the Mingi pc hanging from your purse. Apart of him felt a flare of jealousy.
"I'd like to introduce you guys to my friend, Sunghoon. We used to skate against each other when we were younger." Junhwan said slapping Sunghoon on the back. Y/n recognized him but she couldn't remember from where.
"Hi!" Y/n said holding her hand out. Sunghoon glitched for a second before taking her hand. Amber and Isabau glanced at each other. Sunghoon had a little crush.
"Sunghoon, this is Amber, Isabeau, and Ilia. You've already met Y/n." Junhwan said point to everyone else. Sunghoon waved at them and the other waved back. "Okay, where are we going?"
"Blues Canal. It's a small little pub like 5 minutes away." Amber explained pulling up the location on her maps.
"Let's go!" Y/n said excitedly. The group followed Amber as she began to argue with Ilia on where they were going. Isabeau and Junhwan fell into conversation leaving Y/n and Sunghoon lingering in the back.
"Have you ever been to Milan?" Y/n asked Sunghoon with a curious gaze.
"Yeah, uh, the beginning of last year." Sunghoon said with a nervous smile.
"Oh, that's cool. This is my first time. You're so mysterious." Y/n said with a laugh making Sunghoon blue lightly. He was grateful it was dark.
"Here!" Amber cheered seeing the bar across the street making Ilia roll his eyes. Y/n sent a smile to Sunghoon before running to cross the street with Amber.
"You coming?" Junhwan asked looking to Sunghoon. Sunghoon pulled himself together and quickly caught up with the group.
Y/n was slow dancing with Amber and Isabeau on the floor as Piano Man played through the speakers. She was slightly tipsy and you could tell by the flush in her cheeks. Sunghoon watched her like she hung the stars.
"You like her?" Ilia asked taking a drink from his water. Sunghoon cleared his throat and took a long swig of his beer. The same bottle he'd been nursing since they arrived.
"What? No? I just met her." Sunghoon explained putting the bottle down. Ilia and Junhwan looked at each other and laughed.
"You look at her like she hung the stars herself. My only advice...Be good to her. She's had enough people let her down." Ilia said and Sunghoon nodded.
"Enough seriousness. Tell me about the idol life." Junhwan asked putting his own beer down.
"Holy shit. You're an idol?" Ilia asked with wide eyes. Sunghoon smiled and looked down.
Sunghoon saw her stubble outside. Ilia was nursing a tired Amber with the help of Isabeau. Junhwan was closing the tab. He followed her before even thinking twice.
He found her sitting on the sidewalk, just looking up at the sky. He sat next to her without thinking, "Hi."
"Hi." She said not taking her eyes off the stars. "It's beautiful."
"Yeah...it is." He wasn't looking at the sky. Y/n met his gaze and smiled softly.
"So tell me about these puppies you save from fires." She said jokingly making Sunghoon blush, embarrassed.
"Oh. This is embarrassing." He replied letting his head hang in embarrassment.
"I thought it was cute." She said and he looked back up at her. He saw her shiver. She was wearing nothing but a white dress with a very thin cropped cardigan.
"Here." He said quickly slipping his jacket off and wrapping it around her.
"Thank you, but aren't you cold?" She said putting her hands into the sleeves. He had a black long sleeve underneath.
"I'm good." He said with a soft smile. She matched his expression.
"Wait, I do recognize you. You were lingering at my free practice!" She said laughing and he swore his heart grew in size. He couldn't help but laugh with her.
"I did not linger. I was simply...observing." He said making her smile widen.
"Observing?" Y/n teased making Sunghoon look down again to try and hide his smile.
"Observing." Sunghoon stated looking into her eyes deeply. She matched his gaze.
"We're leaving. Amber is starting to get on my nerves." Ilia said dragging the girl behind him. The two jumped up from the curb and turbed to face them.
"We got an Uber. It'll be here." Isabeau said following with all of Amber's belongings.
"Are you heading back with us or?" Junhwan looked to Sunghoon. Sunghoon looked around and recognized the area.
He shook his head. "My hotel is right around the corner. I'll just walk."
"Here, let me give you tour jacket bac-" Y/n started to take the jacket off but Sunghoon stopped her.
"Keep it. It gives us another reason to see each other." Sunghoon said before waving bye and disappearing around the corner.
"That was nice of him." Ilia said with a nod of approval. Y/n stood stunned. She didn't even notice the uber pull up until Isabeau called her name.
She got into the uber, squeezing next to Isabeau. Isabeau, Amber, Ilia, and herself were all squeezed in the back but she could've cared less.
Her mind was clouded with the thoughts of Sunghoon.

"Yes?"
Yunho's eyes fully widened before he put the ring on her hand and, immediately, wrapped his arms around her waist.
"Thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou..." He repeated holding her tight. All of a sudden, the two were pulled in to the building as photographers quickly approached the two with the Moon family and Mr. Kim.
"What the fuck!" Mingi spoke first pulling Yunho into a room with Wooyoung and Y/n following.
"Yeah, what he said! What the hell was that?" Mr. Kim barged in angry. The Moon family came in after. Annie looked annoyed with her arms crossed. She mirrored a child who did get the toy she wanted.
"I'm sorry that this is how you found out...This is my girlfriend!" Yunho said quickly wrapping an arm the girl.
Y/n's eyes widened and she pasted a smile on her face. She didn't need an introduction to the boy that had proposed to her with her own ring.
"Hi?" She said with an awkward wave. She also knew the girl across from her...Annie from All Day Project. She gulped.
"Yunho." Mr. Kim said lowly. Y/n wanted to hide or have a meteor strike her...whichever comes first.
"I see. We'll be going then." Mr. Moon said sternly, turning to leave.
"But dad!" Annie whined stomping her foot.
"We're leaving." The family turned and left. Yunho finally let go of the girl and took a deep breath.
"This is not real." Wooyoung mumbled letting out a dry laugh.
"What the hell is wrong with you?" Mr. Kim said shaking his head in disbelief.
"Alot of things." Mingi answered for Yunho.
"Clearly. Mingi, call Hongjoong...Actually call the whole group. I'm calling an emergency meeting." Mr. Kim said rubbing his forehead. "I'm gonna go to the bathroom so I don't strangle Yunho."
Mr. Kim left and Y/n finally spoke, "What the hell is going on?"
"We're getting married, babe!" Yunho said, enthusiastically, but Y/n sent him a look full of judgment.
"Sure, but why the hell did I just have one of the richest girls in the world glare at me?" Y/n added crossing her arms.
"I forgot to mention this...They tried to bribe me into marrying her." Yunho said with a nervous laugh. Y/n, Mingi, and Wooyoung all let their jaws drop.
"What?!" Mingi exclaimed.
"How much did they offer you?" Wooyoung asked looking deeply into Yunho's eyes.
"350 million." Yunho mumbled, but all three heard and their jaws dropped further.
"350 million?!" Y/n's eyes widened in utter disbelief. Yunho nodded and took a seat in one of the chairs.
"Also why didn't either of you mention that you were dating?" Mingi asked looking between the two. Yunho and Y/n looked at each other.
"It's still fresh and we wanted to keep it secret." Y/n explained shrugging.
"Well you're getting married now." Wooyoung said with a grin. "Can I help plan it? Please?"
"We'll talk about it." Y/n said with a soft smile. Yunho noticed this.
"Okay, I got ahold of HYBE and we'll all be having a big meeting tomorrow at noon. Your members will be flying in tonight. For now, everyone go home and STAY there." Mr. Kim said before shooing the four out. Yunho grabbed Y/n's hand and she didn't even flinch. It felt natural.
"We'll meet you back at the dorms." Wooyoung said as Mingi nodded. The two waved before going to the valet for a car. The paparazzi had seemingly disappeared, so they shouldn't be worried.
"Thank you and I'm sorry." Yunho said as soon as the other two were out of hearing range.
"It's okay. I'm Y/n." The girl said shyly. She held her hand out and Yunho shook it.
"Nice to meet you." Yunho shook her hand and spoke again, "I'm Yunho. I heard Mr. Kim say members earlier...are you also an idol?"
"Yeah, I'm in Katseye." Y/n said with a smile. They were definitely more famous in the U.S. than they were in Korea.
"Oh! Yes! I love your song!" Yunho began to try and do the gnarly dance, but wasn't doing the best job. Y/n laughed and shook her head.
"Yes, Gnarly is our song." Y/n said covering her mouth as she laughed. Yunho loved her laugh.
"Well, do you want a ride?" Yunho questioned putting his hands in his pockets.
"Uh, I'm okay. My hotel is only like a fifteen minute walk." She clarified shaking her head.
"Then it'll only be a five minute drive. I owe you. Please." How could she say no to the puppy eyes looking at her?
"Okay." She said softly.
"Wonderful. This way." Yunho said guiding her to the valet. She watched him talk to the valet guy before he came back to her.
"You're gonna love her!" Yunho said excitedly.
Y/n furrowed her brows, "Her?"
"My car." On que, a dark black chevy corvette pulled up and the older gentleman handed Yunho the keys. Yunho thanked him before opening the door for the girl.
"This is yours?" She said admiring the car.
"Yup!" Yunho said proudly. He loved his car. She got in and admired the inside. It was all black leather.
"She is a beauty." Y/n said as she put her seatbelt on. Yunho smiled shyly, a small blush coating his cheeks.
"Thank you..." He said nervously putting his seatbelt on. He cleared his throat, "Where's your hotel?"
"It's the Suites." She replied and Yunho put the directions into his GPS before pulling out. Y/n took this as chance to check her phone.

Y/n forgot she had a post scheduled to post that day but the messages from her friends and members made her panic. She quickly opened Twitter and immediately saw the post of Yunho on his knees in front of her hugging her waist.
"You good?" Yunho asked peeking at her. He could see the distress on her face.
"The proposal...it's trending." She replied scrolling on her phone.
"I'm really sorry for putting you through that. I should've just kept running or accepted...I, uh, I'm sorry." Yunho said disappointment filling his voice as he gripped the steering wheel.
"It's fine, Yunho. Just...I don't know how to do this. How the hell are we gonna come back from this? What're we gonna do at that meeting tomorrow?" The two didn't notice that Yunho had missed the turn to her hotel. He quickly pulled into a parking garage.
"I don't know." He said finding a parking spot. He pulled into to the spot almost perfectly.
"We need to figure out a story." Y/n explained turning to Yunho.
"Yeah. So when did we meet?" Yunho asked looking to her.
Y/n thought for a moment. "Okay. We met in LA after your concert, okay? It was at a Target or something."
"How about KFC? I remember going there after LA!" Yunho said and Y/n furrowed her brows.
"KFC?" She said dumbfounded.
"Jongho loves fried chicken after shows and I lost the rock, paper, scissors game." Yunho laughed as Y/n giggled.
"Okay, sure. I thought you were cute and asked for your number." Y/n added with a small smile.
"What if they ask if you knew who I was? Or if I knew who you were?" Yunho asked admired the girl making her look down, suddenly feeling self-conscious.
"I can say that I knew who you were but I couldn't tell because you were so undercover." Y/n explained fidgeting with her sleeve.
"And I thought you were some psycho stalker fangirl..." Y/n smacked his arm, hiding a small. "Sorry. Sorry. I'll just say I didn't recognize you either. We found out later when I did text you."
"Perfect. Now, where was our first date?" Yunho fully turned in his seat and thought for a moment.
"Where do your parents live?" Yunho finally asked making Y/n's brows furrow.
"Um, they moved to Texas like two years ago? I think Dallas." Y/n said confused.
"Okay. You should me around Texas during our Arlington stop." Yunho said putting the pieces together.
"I haven't been to Texas since last christmas, Yunho. I've been stuck in LA since." Y/n sighed.
"Not if you took a vacation. That was so long ago, it's not like everyone has photographic memory." Yunho shrugged. Y/n looked down before looking back up at him.
"Okay. That's our story." Y/n held her hand out and Yunho shook it.
Yoonchae was pacing in the hotel room with Manon and Lara sitting on the couch. Y/n walked in and Yoonchae immediately glared at her.
"Traitor!" Yoonchae threw her finger up. The other two girls looked up and saw her walking into the living room.
"Woah! What?!" Y/n said throwing her arms up.
"Our baby, Yoon, thinks you're a traitor for not informing us of your little boyfriend." Lara explained looking tar Yoonchae.
"Yoon..." Y/n started softly. "I was gonna tell you all...I just...I wanted something for myself."
"We get it." Manon said with a smile.
"Yeah." Lara added grabbing the girls' hand.
"Fine. You're my best friend, Y/nnie. I tell you everything. I was upset to see you had kept it from me." Yoonchae explained and Y/n's heart broke. She wasn't even really dating Yunho.
"I would never want to hurt you, Yoon." Y/n opened her arms for the girl to hug. Yoonchae quickly ran into the her arms. The other two joined, but Y/n could sense someone missing.
"Where's Megan?" She asked looking around. The other girls looked around.
"Um...She was supposed to be here like half an hour ago?" Manon said as they disconnected from their hug.
"What the hell is going on?!" Megan walked in with her suitcase. She looked wrecked. The girls laughed at her frazzled state.
"We've got your back." Manon said as they stood outside HYBE's building. The other girls nodded looking to Y/n.
"Everything will be fine...Right?" Y/n said slightly panicking.
"Of course. If anything, Yoonchae will be our new leader." Megan joked making Lara hit her shoulder. The girls walked in as Megan rubbed her shoulder.
"Hi, girls. Mr. Lee is waiting for you guys in your room." Kali, the receptionist, pointed down the hall. They knew where room 180 was.
That was their 'unofficial' meeting room. Their was fucky seating. They had decorated it with pictures and other personal items since they were always in that room.
The girls knocked before entering the room. Ateez had yet to arrive, but they saw Mr. Lee sitting at the long table.
"Sit." The girls each took a seat. Y/n and Yoonchae took a seat at the table while Lara took a seat on the love seat, Megan on the swirly stool, and Manon on the other swirly seat.
"I'm sorry." Y/n said fidgeting with her hands. Mr. Lee sighed and relaxed his posture.
"I'm not upset, Y/n. It just would've been nice to have been informed of your relationship with Yunho." He stated easing the girl's anxiety.
"I know and I'm sorry. I really am." Their conversation was interrupted by a knock making them all turn to the door.
"They're here, sir." Kali announced moving the to the side so the group of boys and Mr. Kim could walk in.
"Thank you, Kali." Kali smiled before closing the door. ATEEZ looked around the room. It was covered in posters of the girls' album concepts, family photos, vision boards with each girls' names, and a big white board that held the counts for their new dance to an unreleased song.
The girls' all stood up from their seats as did Mr. Lee. "Hello, boys. I'm Mr. Lee."
"Hello." The boys said bowing and the girls matched their bows.
"Please take a seat." Each of the boys took a seat at the table with Mr. Kim sitting at the head of the table. Megan sat on the bean bag with Manon, Lara took one of the swivel chairs, Yoonchae sat on the loveseat, and Y/n sat at the table next to Yunho.
"Okay. Your relationship has already been hard-launched to the public due to the proposal..." Everyone side eyed Yunho. "Now, we have to talk about what comes next."
"When did you two plan to have this wedding or even tell us about this?" Mr. Kim asked following Mr. Lee's questions. The two looked at each other in slight panic.
"Um, it was just a spontaneous decision." "I wanted to surprise her." The two said at the same time holding hands.
"Okay. We'll each release a statement and you two will have to be very careful." Mr. Lee explained and Mr. Kim nodded.
"We'll also switch the duets for the upcoming album. Mingi will switch with Yunho." Hongjoong nodded already planning to switch the original song to a different one.
"We're gonna go figure out the statements. Feel free to talk amongst yourselves." The two older men left the room.
Megan let out a dramatic sigh and rolled around on the beanbag. "This is so boring."
"Megan!" Y/n began to lecture.
"No, she's right." Wooyoung added making Hongjoong and Seonghwa look to him unimpressed.
"Exactly. So...When's the wedding? Who's the made of honor? Who's walking you down the isle? Jin or your mom?" Megan began to ask sitting up on the beanbag. Y/n rolled her eyes and put her head in her hands.
"Megan, for the long of god, please shut up." Manon said looking at the girl with the same unimpressed look as Hongjoong and Seonghwa.
"I'm just asking the questions that no one else is asking." Megan defended before leaning back in the beanbag.
"When is the wedding?" Yeosang spoke up and everyone turned to him.
"We don't know. This wasn't exactly as planned as I'd like." Yunho mumbled and Mingi smirked.
"Better than marrying Annie." He said pushing his glasses up. Yunho glared at his best friend.
"Wait...That's what that meeting was about? Marrying Annie?" San asked confused. All of Ateez looked to Yunho for answer while Katseye, minus Y/n, looked confused.
"Yeah." Yunho said embarrassed.
"Tell them how much money they offered." Wooyoung added hiding a smile and a laugh.
"Money?" Hongjoong looked unimpressed with this entire conversation.
"Her dad offered 350 million to marry her." Yunho said quietly.
"350?!" Everyone in the room, except Wooyoung, Mingi, Y/n, and Yunho, exclaimed loudly.
"Wait, who's Annie?" Lara asked making Y/n turn to her.
"You guys wouldn't know her. Actually Yoonchae might. It was Annie Moon." Y/n explained and Yoonchae's eyes almost popped out of her eye sockets.
"Annie Moon?!" Yoonchae sat up from her seat and stood. She began pacing.
"Who's that and why it stressing Yoon out?" Manon asked as they all watched Yoonchae pace.
"Only the richest girl in Korea. She's like the chaebol princess. She's the leader of All Day Project, or what we call, All Paid Project." Jongho explained.
"She could also ruin our careers!" Yoonchae panicked pacing. Y/n stood and wrapped her arms around the younger girl.
"Everything's gonna be okay, Yoon. Calm down." Y/n spoke softly and it made Ateez melt. Hongjoon cracked a smile at the moment.
"Okay, everyone's statements have been drafted. We'll post them on each group account. Yunho and Y/n will also post them on their own socials." Mr. Kim said as he walked back in with Mr. Lee. Everyone nodded in understanding.
"Alright, everyone's dismissed." Mr. Lee said before walking out. Everyone stood and began to walk out.
Yunho and Y/n walked behind both groups as they mingled. "Thank you and I'm sorry...again."
"Everything's fine, Yunho." She said with a smile. Yunho matched her expression. "You do owe me a real date."
"Really?" He said a little shocked.
"Of course. If we're gonna be faking a couple, we may enjoy a few dates." She said shyly. She hadn't exactly grown up with boys falling at her feet.
"Oh! Yes! I'll, um, I'll text you." He said as they reached the door.
"I'll be waiting." Y/n smiled and gave him a hug. Yunho blushed deeply before giving her one last smile and stumbling out.
