A great functioning owner’s corporation is the combination of well measured residents, and a great working relationship between a strata manager and the building manager. In my own experience, I have had moments where the stars aligned between the best committee one could hope for, a strata manager who to this day I rate as my inspiration to be my ethical best. We all come together for the greater good of the client.
