This shit needs to stop today

I need to stop fucking eating and make meal plans for the whole week. Do at leas 24 hour fast and work out more. Burn at least 1000cal a day.. This shit is going down. I'm feeling down for too long and guilty bc eating "normal". Nothing is normal for me anymore.
