Spent the day sampling coffee and teas and seeing how they are produced. This specific place utilizes local Luwaks in order to produce this special coffee. After the Luwak eat and ingest the coffee beans their poo is collected, it is then that the coffee beans are collected from their poo and roasted to make coffee 👌😋
