first things first !! i ended up not getting the job i mentioned last week. it was 98% set in stone && i was really excited ( && nervous about it because social anxiety ), but it’s a new place that’s not getting any business. so while i was offered the job, they can’t afford to hire anyone anymore. honestly sucks, because i was rooting on having money && affording myself for once but whatever i guess.
next up !! i came back. yes, i know i did. whether or not i have actually been here && active is a totally different story. i feel really bad about not being around, because i miss you guys && i keep lurking the dash && want to write with you all but !! i can’t bring myself to get in to this blog anymore?? or indie?? && it’s NO ONE’S fault. nothing happened. it’s just been six years in indie && i feel like it’s changed too much for me to grasp / be interested in anymore. again, it’s not anyone’s fault.
since i left back in april, things have changed. i’ve lost important parts of me enough for me to end up hating myself.. i’ve lost a family member. i’ve changed && i’m evolving in to the adult i’ve been hoping to become. i’ve made future plans. but i’ve also started to gain some confidence in myself && i’m living the healthiest lifestyle i’ve ever lived. && it’s good for me. maybe not feeling the pressure of doing replies in a timely manner is what i needed to find this place in my life.
on that note && with a lot of thought put in to this ( as well as me changing my mind plenty of times- i’ve decided i’m going to officially leave indie. who knows, maybe i’ll be back some day. but at the same time i’m almost 25 && i feel like i keep holding myself back from life. so that might not be likely.
HOWEVER !! i do have a writing blog that i’m more than willing to share with anyone who still wants to write with me. it doesn’t belong to indie, or a rpg. it’s just for me to be free to write whatever, wherever, whenever. i am willing to make a sideblog ( from my writing blog ) just for us if you want to keep things tidy as well. but with the writing blog, my life will come first this time, as i haven’t let my life come first in indie.
if you wish to still write with me ( or start writing with me if we haven’t before ), please don’t hesitate to ask for the url of my writing blog. i don’t want to make it public for reasons. i only ask that we’re mutuals for me to give it to you, please.
