this whole game felt off. you can tell that none of them felt like themselves. like sarah tearing her jersey from being so beaten and frustrated… geno was almost in tears talking about that! he loves these girls so much and would do anything to see them win. the thing with dawn at the end was pure emotion from everything so I don’t think he meant to be malicious. this was just truly a heartbreaking loss for him and all of them ❤️‍🩹

oh absolutely. as he gets to the end of his career you can tell how much he cares for all the girls

and i also feel for the sc players because dawn should not have gone back at him. the first moments of their win was overshadowed by their coach responding when she should have been in bigger person. ive had coaches come at my coaches and my teammates before but when your on the receiving end you never engage. especially when you should be celebrating. ik she also rides for her players but know body would have known about it if she didn’t react. celebrate with your team and deal with it afterwards

Bro the girls were literally on the floor half the time and we’re gonna argue about the officiating??? 😭😭 pls geno had every right to be that upset after the game. Like sure he could have handled it differently but come on, dawn ain’t exactly a saint when it comes to professional sportsmanship either.
