What would you say would be the best and most punishing steel binds? Especially for long term? Asking as a cutie nerd redhead in a polo shirt :3

There are many options.
It all depends on what you prefer.
These are very restrictive (and a bit pricey):
Then, there are very restrictive handcuffs (especially in combination with thumb cuffs):
Hinged
Rigid
Irish 8
However, all of these aren't really for the long term.
Handcuffs aren't very comfortable.
Changing positions every few hours is important to avoid injuries.
