Again, I have a nice chat on twitter, with a Labour supporter about why she supports Labour when she states she is against Trident.

This was started when I posted about Labour supporting Trident [LINK].

Her argument was that by being part of Labour she could change things!!!

I stated that is like joining UKIP, because your pro immigration.

By supporting Labour you are condoning Trident.

I picked up two dogs on the street

One evening this week, I was driving home, and spotted two dogs, running on the road, so I turned around, picked them up, and took them to the vets.

Thankfully both were friendly and chippied and the vets phoned the owner.

The owners fence had fallen down in the wind, and she had not noticed, and the two dogs had run out.

The Brexit/Immigration paradox

It often amuses me this Brexit/Immigration paradox that I hear a lot.

Argument one.

We need Brexit to stop people coming to the UK to get jobs. Immigrants are taking UK jobs.

Argument two.

I do not want a job because jobs in the UK do not pay enough, and/or they are too far away, and I do not want to move.

The two arguments tend to come from those who want Brexit.

To put simply, Political Correctness has killed UK TV, as it now produces bland uninteresting and non challenging TV shows, and the result is people no longer watch TV and now go online, play computer games or sign up to pay TV.

UK TV has got scared and in some ways got far too comfortable simply putting out bland rubbish.

My friend, her family and friends felt that the sentence her ex got for assault (22 weeks) was not much considering he has now over 110 convictions, and been in prison many times.

So I contacted this site/link/email:
