Last year when I started my journey to a better healthier me I set a goal weight. I am excited to announce I have finally hit that magic number. #goalweight

On my way to work for a 12-hour day. Today is the last Tuesday before Christmas. Are you finished your shopping?

It's days like today that make me long to be a full-time, stay-at-home mom. I have been up since 🕟 this morning with my youngest child. I so wish I could go back to bed or at least have a nap this afternoon😴. Unfortunately for me I am working a 12 hour day shift today. I know It Works can give me that kind of freedom and flexibility💲. Wouldn't you love to be in the same situation?

Tuesday afternoon snuggles with mommy, and play before naptime. I hope you are also having a great day!

Food for thought today. Bettering yourself often means taking a leap of faith.

First of my three 12-hour night shifts done, feeling rather sluggish this morning. So I'm enjoying a serving of our delicious berry greens. Love this nutritious drink, and all the health benefits it provides me. All for less then the price of a cup of coffee a day.

Negative thoughts will destroy you everytime! I may not be successful in achieving my goals today, but in will continue to work towards them.
