Yujia Hu’s “Shoe-shi.”

Artist and chef Yujia Hu has created the most delicious looking artwork I’ve ever come across with his series of sushi sculptures entitled “Shoe-shi.”  Yujia lives and works in Milan, Italy and cites his love for basketball as inspiration.  Be sure to check out his Instagram for many more examples of these wonderful edible sculptures.
