Jeffries always has 212, because the dems are unified on this.
McCarthy had 201 for the 7th and 8th, but dropped to 200 because one of his flipped to voting 'Present' (which doesn't count as a vote at all)
The GoP reps who oppose McCarthy wobble around who they vote for, but its the same 20 every time.
McCarthy has given up So. Much. to try to get votes. And no one is moving.
