i want to write another poetry book since my writing has improved and changed so much over the years but i don’t have as many supporters or a publisher anymore so i’m at a bit of a crossroads

Are you the account that gave the advice for people having a panic attack? Yeah because that is totally opposite from what you're actually supposed to do.
