Halloween || Avi&Emma
avitbh:
Avi laughed at the way Emma had described the ride. “I thought it was fun.” He laughed once more before grabbing onto Emma. “You okay?” He asked with concern. He helped Emma get off the ride. “Yeah, we can get anything you need.” Avi said as he led Emma off of the ride and out of the exit line. Emma let go of Avi and he let her go as he tried to catch up with her. “Nah, I’m good.” Avi smiled at her. He wasn’t a fan of cotton candy. It was too sticky and too sugary for him. He pulled out his wallet from his pocket and paid for her cotton candy. As soon as Emma had gotten his cotton candy Avi and her sat down at one of the benches so she could take her time. “Do you want to ride any more rides or are you done for the night?” Avi asked. He really didn’t want her riding anymore rides since the last one made her dizzy. Â
"I just feel.. a little dizzy, y’know,” Emma admitted through a chuckle, holding onto his hand for support. Once she got her cotton candy, she followed Avi torwards the bench where she sat down to catch herself ; stuffing her face with the cotton before he even got to ask her anything. She instantly shoke her head in refusal as soon as she heard his question, the last thing on her ind being going home simply because she was too sick to ride. She knew her sickness was the reason why she got so dizzy, but she wasn’t going to let that stop her from actually behaving like a normal girl just for one night. “No, no, - I’m fine, I swear, I just need some sugar and then we can go to the next one,” she reassured him with a smile, poking his nose to simply show how okay she was. As soon as she ate the whole cotton she had in her hand, Emma stood up on her feet; already feeling better by the second. “Let’s go to that one now,” she motioned over to the large swing, tugging on his hand.

“No, I don’t think you’re tall enough. Looks like we’re going to have to choose a different ride. Thanks a lot, Emma.” Avi teased. “Don’t worry that was me in that haunted house back there.” Avi was in a much more joking mood that they were not in that haunted house anymore. He felt a lot better and he felt that he could enjoy his time with Emma a lot more than he had been. It was not like he wasn’t enjoying his time already with Emma he was, but he was screaming like a kid and he probably looked like a scaredy-cat in her eyes earlier. There were moments that Avi enjoyed in the haunted house, especially when they were in the bedroom, but most of it he hated. “Don’t be nervous. We’ll be fine.” Avi tried his best to assure Emma. As soon as the ride started Avi was excited. “Woo!” Avi cheered as the ride went down the first hill. Everytime they went upside down Avi could feel the blood rushing to his head, but he didn’t care. He was having too much fun to care. He laughed as Emma screamed. It had been such a long time, he didn’t realize how much fun roller coasters could be.Â
Emma kept her eyes closed most of the time during the ride, simply scared to open them but that didn’t stop her from screaming from the top of her lungs. Once the ride was over; she inhaled deeply but kept her eyes closed even when they stopped; controlling her beating heart. “That.. was.. jeez,” she breathed out, before slowly opening her eyes to look over at Avi. She unbuckled herself and slowly got up; feeling a bit ditzy and grasping over to grab his hand for more stability. “Can we get some.. er, sugar?” she asked, glancing up at him as they slowly started walking away. She definitely felt ditzy; knowing the sugar would help with it the most and soon she spotted a cotton candy stand. “There! That!” she spoke out, motioning over to the stand before she let go off his hand to ran torwards it. She ordered one for herself before she turned herself over to look at him. “Do you want any?”

Avi followed the direction in which she was pointing and led them to the rollercoaster. “That rollercoaster it is.” Avi chuckled at Emma’s behavior as they walked over there. The line was not as long as some of the other lines to other rides and Avi was thankful for that. He was not a patient person and he could get bored quickly. Avi looked up at the top of the rollercoaster where the screams were coming from. The ride went up pretty high. He was so glad that he did not have a fear of heights. If Avi had a fear of heights he probably would have gotten sick looking how high up it went. The view was probably going to be so nice going up, Avi thought to himself. “This looks like it’s going to be fun.” Avi told Emma as he looked over at her. Avi was actually pretty excited about going to ride the coaster. He usually didn’t like riding coasters, but this one actually looked fun. The way people were screaming on the ride he knew he was going to have the time of his life. It took no time for them to be at the front of the line and then getting on the ride. “Front row seats, yes.” Avi cheered as they were buckled in. “You ready for this?” Avi asked as he turned towards Emma.
Emma was beyond pleased Avi took her suggestion and they started making their way over - she alone also glad the line wasn’t as big as it was when they were entering the haunted house. She gave Avi a nod as he mentioned the ride will be fun, completely agreeing with him before she stepped aside to stand under the height limit for the ride. “Do you think I’m tall enough?” she joked, considering she was just above the red line. They were directed torwards their seats in no time- Emma quite surprised they got front row. “That’s so awesome!” she agreed again, the excitement in her voice clearly there as she quickly sat down and buckled herself in. “Oh God, yes!” she smiled wide as she looked over at Avi, her hands grasping each metal handle that was on her chest. “I’ll probably scream like a crazy person,” she warned with a chuckle as the train slowly started to climb up; feeling her nerves only raising along with it. “I’m nervous!” she admitted, but still chuckled considering her adrenaline was far much bigger than her fear. The second the ride started she began to scream; closing her eyes each time they found themselves upside down considering she couldn’t bare looking at the ground from that prospective.

“Yes, please.” Avi groaned answering Emma’s question. He laid his head on Emma’s shoulder and wrapped his arms around her. “Let’s go ride rides.” Avi was pleased that he wouldn’t have to be inside that haunted house. He didn’t really go to amusement parks, or carnivals, nor did he really ever ride rollercoasters but it beat the scary house. “We should probably get up people are staring at us weirdly.” Avi mumbled into Emma’s shoulder. He picked Emma up off of him and got up before he grabbed onto Emma’s arm and helped her up. As soon as they were both up he grabbed onto Emma’s hand and they both started walking towards the rollercoaster rides. “What do you want to ride first?” Avi asked. There were many rides to choose from and Avi didn’t care which one they were going to start with since they were most likely going to ride them all.
The feeling of his arms around her made her feel things she hadn’t felt in a long time; her lips growing into a warm smile as she gave him a nod to the suggestion. She started to chuckle then, unaware of the stares by that point considering all her attention was on him. “Sure, let’s,” she agreed, allowing him to pick her up from the floor as if she was made out of feathers. She actually loved the fact he was so much taller than her; it gave her a sense of security if anything. She kept her hand in his as they walked around the amusement park, puckering her lips as her gaze flew around while she thought about what she wanted first. “Let’s go to that roller coaster!” she finally announced after a while, a wide smile spreading her lips as she pointed the object out with her index finger.Â

Avi groaned quietly to himself when he heard voices outside. He was having a fun time doing what he was doing with Emma. Avi tried staying on the bed as Emma pulled him off but it did not work out in his favor. He didn’t even care that he was in a haunted house anymore he just wanted to makeout with Emma again. The frown on his face was not going away anytime soon. Who knows when Avi would get the chance to make out with Emma again. He couldn’t believe that they had had trouble finding people but right when things were getting interesting a group of people had to walk by. As a ghoul popped out at the group of people in front of them Avi didn’t even flinch. He stood there unamused and ready to get out of there. He was done with this haunted house. He was never going to go into a haunted house ever again. Things in haunted houses always seemed to go the opposite way then what was expected. There were a few more ghouls, zombies, and vampires that popped out at them and the group of people. Avi’s face never changed once as it remained impassive. Emma and Avi were able to stay with the group through the remainder of the haunted house trip. As soon as they got outside Avi’s mood changed. “Finally,” he groaned falling to the ground in front of him. He didn’t care that people were staring at him like he was crazy. He was just so happy to be out of that haunted house.Â
Even though certain scary people popped every now and then in front of their group, Emma didn’t scream as much as she did before. In fact, she wasn’t scared at all anymore - yet rather amused. She kept holding onto Avi’s hand as they walked out of the house, a small sigh of relief leaving  her lips just before he spoke. A few heads turned their direction, causing Emma to start laughing as she leaned her forehead against his chest. “Oh God,” she chuckled, amused by his words even more considering a few people started to chuckle along. “Should we go to the amusement park now? No more scary things?” she proposed, gazing up at him but with her chin still rested on his chest. So far, she loved their little hang out, and couldn’t wait to make more memories with him.
Halloween || Avi&Emma
Avi was surprised when Emma beat him to the kiss. He wanted to be the one to initiate it but he was more than fine with recuperating the kiss. “You’re not going to hurt me,” Avi mumbled pulling away the kiss for a second. He could feel Emma’s hands trembling and he didn’t want her in pain. He made the decision for her when he wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her down. Avi pulled away from the kiss a second time take a quick breath. “Is this fine?” He asked chewing on his lower lip he hoped he hadn’t gone too far this time.
“Why would I hurt you?” she asked playfully, a smile formed on her lips as they pulled away from the kiss the first time. Emma was quite relieved when he pulled her down on him, her hands going above his head. When their lips met again she smiled a little, the butterflies in her stomach almost errupting from happiness. She couldn’t believe she was kissing Avi; especially in a haunted house. She didn’t even notice she was out of breath until he pulled away again, a chuckle escaping her lips as she gave him a nod to his question. “I just hope something doesn’t pop out,” she joked, her hand slowly going down to travel down his cheek. He was beautiful; especially under the dim lights of the bedroom they were in. She was about to say something when she heard voices outside the doors; her head arching up to listen before she looked down on him. “There’s people outside!” she announced, getting up from the bed quickly to fix her dress. “- hurry up so we don’t loose them!” she grabbed his hand before she ran torwards the doors, nearly bumping into a girl who was passing by the doors with a group of people. A part of Emma was utterly relieved they weren’t lost again, but the other part wasn’t considering she wanted more alone time with Avi. But she knew this wasn’t the place for that; especially with scary things popping out in front of them each minute.
Halloween || Avi&Emma
Avi tried his hardest to hold his weight when falling on Emma. He didn’t want to crush her. It had surprised him when she pulled them down because he was not expecting that. Emma shocked him with what she said. He was surprised that her mind was thinking that way. “Well let me change that,” Avi said rolling over and pulling Emma on top of him. They were still nose to nose and Avi wanted nothing more than to reach up and kiss her. He was torn between just going for it and kissing Emma, and not doing anything at all to save themselves from heartbreak if things turned south. He pushed a piece of her hair out of her face that had fallen. “Emma,” Avi whispered looking into Emma’s eyes, “can I kiss you?” He asked. There was nothing more to lose. He knew Emma wanted this just as much as him if not more.
Emma was quite surprised when Avi turned them around; finding herself on top of him in a second. Her eyes were slightly widened while her cheeks burned with a great intensity, gazing down at him while her hands rested on each side of him. When he pushed the hair out of her face, she could feel her lips curving into a smile - which only widened as he asked to kiss her. “I thought you’d never ask,” she mumbled, before beating him to it and leaning down to press her lips against his in a rather soft manner. A sigh left her lips almost instantly upon that act, feeling her hands trembling slightly as she tried to keep her balance and not fully lean on him.

Avi grabbed onto Emma’s hand when she patted on his chest. “I know what it was.” He mumbled frowning. “I was not scared.” He groaned knowing that he was not going to live this down. She was probably going to tell everyone they both knew that he was a scaredy cat. “I’ll remember this.” Avi teased Emma as they walked to the next room. He really wasn’t going to do anything because of it. What could he do? Maybe he could scare Emma? He let the thought leave his mind because he hated being scared and he didn’t want to scare Emma. As Avi turned to leave the bedroom Emma pulled him back. Avi gulped as Emma took him to the bed. What was happening? “You’re not that short.” Avi laughed as he watched her jump up and down on the bed. He decided to get up on the bed as well and jump with her. He might as well since they were stuck in this haunted house until they decided they weren’t lost. He grabbed onto Emma’s hands and pulled her close to him as he continued to jump on the bed.Â
Emma was overjoyed when Avi decided to climb up and jump with her; her cheeks almost hurting from the wide smile that was plastered over her face. She jumped on the bed, squealing a few times out of pure excitement until he decided to grab her hands and pull her close. The act caused her to almost loose her balance; but luckily she landed on his chest instead. “Ops!” she began to chuckle, before she pulled away from him a bit in a ditzy way, only to fall down on her back and pull him with her. She squealed a little in the process, her nose touching his from the closeness of their faces as he landed on top of her. “Erm.. well, that escalated quickly,” she chuckled, her cheeks growing bright red before she decided to fix the situation by poking his cheeks with her hands. “- you know.. I wouldn’t actually mind this scenario if it was the other way around, but you’re quite heavy,” she teased.

Avi chuckled at Emma. “I’m sure you’re alright. I can’t even play piano.” Avi smiled as Emma sat down at the piano. He screamed when the skeleton popped out and flinched. He coughed to try and cover up the scream, but Emma had already probably heard him. He couldn’t believe she was laughing at being scared. What so funny about being scared? Avi would never understand people who enjoyed the thrill of being scared. To each their own… Avi thought. “I have no clue what that was.” Avi finally said after his breathing had gotten back to normal. Avi helped Emma up off the floor and held her against him once she had tripped. Avi let go of her as she moved away. He missed the closeness of her already. He chewed on his lower lip as he stared at her. Avi coughed once again before averting his eyes elsewhere. Now was not the time to be doing whatever they were doing. “Let’s go find another room.” Avi mumbled grabbing onto Emma’s hand and going into the room across the hall. Avi let go of Emma’s hand to find a light switch on the wall. When he finally found it he turned on the lights to find a bed laying in front of them. “It’s king size.” Avi laughed awkwardly. “We should probably go find another room.” Avi mumbled. Â
The way Avi looked only made Emma remember he was also the one who screamed along with her a few moments ago; the thought causing her smile to grow wide from amusement. “It was a stupid skeleton!” she informed him, patting his chest. “Were you scared?” she cooed, loving the fact he was probably more scared than she was. It made her feel superior somehow. She nodded at his request and followed him to the next room, her eyes growing wide from surprise as the king-sized bed was placed before them. “Jesus Christ!” she commented, nugging on his hand to stay put and not walk out. “- no, no, let’s go, c’mon,” Emma dragged him over to the bed before she dropped his hand - falling hard on the matress only to discover it was almost made out of jelly. “You know what’s perfect for this bed?” she chuckled, gazing up at him for a moment before she got up on it. “I feel like a child, but life is short and so am I!” she announced as she started jumping on the bed.Â

He knew they were lost and it was bothering him. He didn’t like being lost. Avi liked knowing where he was. He especially didn’t want to be lost in this house, but of course he had no such luck not to be. “I guess,” Avi shrugged following Emma’s lead. He probably wasn’t the ideal leader in this type of situation because he was so scared. “Something crazy?” Avi asked. What did Emma have in mind? He was hoping it was something that would not making him go crazy and keep him sane. Avi’s eyes widened as Emma pulled him into one of the rooms. What had gotten into Emma? This wasn’t the girl he knew, but he kind of liked it. The way Emma was acting like right now made Avi question what he really knew about this girl. He was seeing a side to her he had never seen and he was totally fine with it. “Okay,” He gulped. Once inside the room Avi looked around in wander. It actually looked decent enough. He was surprised that this room had not been used. Avi followed Emma over to the piano. “It’s nice.” Avi commented as he watched Emma. He couldn’t take his eyes off of Emma and he didn’t know why. “You going to play something?” He asked. He moved to go and sit down on the couch as he looked at Emma expectantly.
Emma nodded in agreement, taking a short glance at him before her attention once again flew back to the piano. His question caused her to instantly chuckle; shaking her head at start. “I mean, I’m not that good,” she admitted, blushing slightly as she sat down on the wooden bench. The second she did so a skeleton jumped out of the piano with a horendous laugh; causing her to loose her balance and fall over whilst screaming. “What the fuck was that?!” she yelled, slowly sitting up on the floor before she started laughing. “I fell,” she said it with amusement in her tone, glancing up at Avi and grasping on him to get back up. She tripped nearly again in the process, leaning against him. “I think it was the Lord’s way of saying I shouldn’t play the piano,” she tried to make a joke, considering her cheeks were bright red due to the closeness of their bodies. She awkwardly moved away from him, even though she could feel the air between them heat up - or maybe it was just her, embarrassed like crazy.
Halloween || Avi&Emma
Did Emma just call him babe? It had been awhile since she had called him babe or any pet names for that matter that he stopped. As he stopped Emma ran into his back. “Sorry,” Avi chuckled awkwardly. “How can we be lost? This house can’t even be that big.” Avi’s voice was close to a whine. He just wanted to get out of this stupid haunted house. Avi sighed trying to look around and see if he could see anything at all but the problem was it was hard to see because of how dark it was. The place they were in was barren and had no lights. Had they gone to a part of the house that they weren’t supposed to go into? Avi bit his lip. He didn’t know if they should keep going or should stop here and wait. “If you think we should wait around we can wait.” Avi told her looking down at her. He shrugged his shoulders. There really wasn’t much they could do if they couldn’t see and had lost the way they had come. He really hated haunted houses. “So…” Avi started but did not finish. Avi didn’t know if it was just him but things were getting awkward fast.
“We’re clearly lost,” Emma argued her point, making a small grimace as she stared up at him. At times her stubborness really got the best of her; this being one of the cases too. “I dont know… we could just like - try and open one of these rooms?” she suggested, motioning over to the closed doors on both their right and left. She was always the type to investigate and do adventerous things and this was by far one of them. Her adrenaline started kicking in at the very thought of them doing something they shouldn’t supposed to. “So…” she followed his tone out of pure mockery, a smile curving up her lips as she pulled him closer to her. “Let’s do something crazy,” she spoke out, her smile only growing in the process. “- let’s explore!” she soon added, turning around and opening one of the rooms before she pulled him inside with her. The room was even darker than the corridor, but somehow it was more comfortable for Emma to be in it and she couldn’t quite put her finger on why. She tried to find a switch - and luckily did, and once the dimmed lights lighted up the room she was amazed with her own discovery. It was a music room; a grand, although very dusty, piano in the center along with a big red couch. “This is amazing!” she told Avi, letting go of his hand only to rush over to the piano. “I love this,” she mumbled, her fingertips going over the strings slowly.
Halloween || Avi&Emma
“I’m sure you won’t damage my eardrums,” Avi chuckled. If anything he was going to be the one damaging her eardrums. Avi gripped tightly onto Emma’s hand so that he would not lose her. He was glad that it was dark in there so that Emma would not see him flinch or anything. Also, they were in a big group which made it easier for Avi to scream because Emma couldn’t pin the screaming on him. As skeletons and zombies jumped out at Avi and Emma he tried his best to keep his cool. He may have let a few unmanly screams make way past his lips. “Having lots of fun,” Avi muttered sarcastically to himself. He was not enjoying this at all. If someone else jumped out at them he might just pee his pants. He was glad that he had yet to punch someone because he didn’t want to be that person that punched the person in costume. He would feel like such a douche. Avi looked around for everyone else and his mouth dropped when he realized it was only Emma and him. Emma was right… Everyone had left. Shit, shit, shit, shit… Avi screamed to himself internally. “They’re probably up ahead.” Avi reasoned dragging Emma farther ahead trying to get out of the haunted house.
Emma nodded at his response, it being the most logical one as she looked around the empty dark corridor. She looked at Avi once he started dragging her forward; unable to resist a chuckle as she noticed he was eager to get out of that place. In their rush, they weren’t even aware they were going - only finding themselves lost after numerous wrong turns when something scary popped out of them. “Avi?” Emma called him out after a while, utterly amused considering by now she was positive he wasn’t. “-babe?” the following word dropped from her lips unexpectedly, blushing hard under the dimmed red lights as she cursed herself mentally. “I think we’re lost,” she quickly added in hopes he didn’t hear what she called him, looking away from him. “Should we go forward?” she asked, nibbing on her bottom lip. Truthfully, the whole idea of them being alone in a dimmed corridor was incredibly turning her on, but she couldn’t of exactly admit that out loud. “Maybe we should just like… wait around? Until more people come?” she suggested, finally gazing up at him.

“I’ll protect you from anything.” Avi said. Avi watched Emma bounce up and down as his stomach turned inside and out. I should have eaten that pretzel… He thought to himself as the pretzel was not settling in his stomach. “What?” Avi asked turning to look at her. He felt bad about her not wanting to do the haunted house. It was his fault, but he couldn’t ruin this for her. Emma had been wanting to do this haunted house for awhile. He was not going to ruin this night for her, but he already had hadn’t he? He knew she was going to lie and say it was fine but it wasn’t fine. Avi was just going to have to suck it up and go into the haunted house. “Em, don’t worry. I want to do this it’ll be fun.” He said trying to assure her. Besides, kids younger than Avi were going into the haunted house. He was not a wuss. He could do this.Â
Emma tried her best to study his face while he replied; puckering her lips together in the process of thinking. She didn’t want him to do something that he wasn’t into; and for the most part she thought he only did do this because she told him she was dying. That was why she hated people knowing; they’d always pity her and do things for her just to make her happy. She gave him a nod as he replied to her, just as they reached the front doors of the haunted house. Without even thinking much about it as they walked into the dark corridor; she took his hand into hers. “If I demage your eardrums I’m sorry,” she whispered to him as they started slowly walking along with a small group of people in front of them; Emma carefully looking around in case anything jumped in their way. And she was correct; because a few scary skeletons and zombies popped out out of pitch dark to scare them on their way through the house. Naturally, most people in the group seperated because they either went in another way or simply rushed forward faster than the rest. At some point, Emma finally noticed she was walking upstairs with Avi alone, looking around as her eyes went slightly wide from fear. “Where did everyone go?” she asked as she stepped closer to him, tightening the grip on his hand.Â

Even though Emma had said she wasn’t hungry he still bought her a pretzel just in case. “You can save it for later?” Avi suggested. He frowned to himself concerned with the fact that she wasn’t eating, but opted not to say anything about it. Avi choked on the pretzel before swallowing it down when Emma asked him about his fear of haunted houses. He probably seemed like a baby to her because he was against haunted houses. He smiled at her and acted like nothing was wrong. “I’m not against haunted houses. I love haunted houses. I was just looking out for you. You know? In case you get scared.” He laughed awkwardly. How was he going to be able to pull this off? “I know this stuff isn’t real. I’m fine.” He said. “Let’s go right now.” He suggested before hopping out of his seat and dragging Emma off, once again, to the haunted house. Once they were in the line he realized his mistake and became angry with himself. He was not going to last in there and he knew once Emma found out he was nothing but a scaredy-cat she would not want to hang out with him. He frowned quietly to himself looking at the haunted house that stood in front of them. A shiver ran down his spine as he heard people screaming inside. “It’s cold tonight,” Avi lied as he saw Emma staring at him weirdly. Yeah, cold… He thought to himself as he rolled his eyes. He was such an idiot.
Emma knew she wasn’t going to eat the pretzel even if she took it with her for later; but the look on Avi’s face clearly indicated she’d cause an arguement if she declined. So instead, she nodded her head and took the pretzel from the table; stuffing it in her bag. Her eyes widened as he almost choked; staring at him in suspence while he talked. Was he nervous? She couldn’t exactly tell. “Well, usually when people get scared they scream to release the emotion,” she teased him a little, leaning slightly forward. “- besides, I have you, so why should I be scared?” she smiled, trying to reassure him she’ll be fine before she got up from the table. In no time they were in the line to get inside the haunted house; Emma nearly hopping on spot from excitement as they bought their tickets. She looked over at some point at Avi; wanting to see just how excited he was too only to notice he wasn’t excited at all. Not even close by it. She furrowed her eyebrows at him a little, trying to detect his behavior until he commented on the weather - snapping her out of her thoughts. “Yeah...” she mumbled a comment to his words, running a hand through her wavy hair. “Avi?” she spoke out, glancing up at him. “We.. erm, we don’t have to do this if you don’t feel like it,” she added, chewing on the inside of her cheek.Â

“Yeah, very eager to eat.” Avi laughed at Emma. “I don’t know. Probably just a pretzel. What do you want to eat?” Avi asked. As soon as they were at the front of the line Avi ordered for them both. He paid for their meals and led them over to one of the tables that was unoccupied. “Are you sure you want to do the haunted house? It won’t be too scary for you?” Avi asked trying to convince Emma not to go into the haunted house. He could do roller coasters, but he knew he wouldn’t be able to handle the haunted house. Avi shoved his pretzel inside his mouth to keep from running it. He knew if he kept running his mouth like crazy Emma would find out. He was surprised she hadn’t figured out his weird behavior yet, but it was probably because she was enamored by the scary aspects of this park. If Avi wasn’t more careful he was going to end up spilling some things that he did not want spilled.
"Nothing.. I’m not really hungry,” Emma shrugged, turning her attention away from the sight of food. She hadn’t even noticed he bought two pretzels until they were already sitting down at the table near by. “- I’m not hungry,” she repeated with a small smile, resting her chin against her hands. She furrowed her eyebrows when he questioned her decision, before shaking her head whilst chuckling. “It’s Halloween, you have to go to a haunted house no matter how scary it is,” she informed him. She watched him devour the pretzel in a blink of an eye; the sight alone amusing her. “- why are you so against haunted houses?” she questioned, raising her brows out of curiosity. “It’s fake, y’know? None of that is real in there,”
