           it wasn’t exactly news that xavier held one of the lower positions when it came to the sporting a christmas spirit scale ---  proudly, so. he wasn’t the  g r i n c h  either ;; he didn’t have a problem ( per se ) with the events or celebrations, but it was meant for  f a m i l y , and most often than not, xavier lacked a bit on that department -- his siblings away for school and money being short for tickets. however, it was a bit hard to not get involved when you lived in said town. even if he wasn’t participating in a precise booth, he did help putting them up like every year, the manual work being the most comfortable job he could offer. the town square was a tad crowded due the activities so when an opposite body slightly crashed against his shoulder, he quickly planted his feet on the groud ;; steadying his body so neither of them would fall down on the snow-covered ground.            “ shit-- has someone spiked the punch already ?! ” xavier let out, humor on his tone as he recognized the familiar face.
