Healing is…

when you allow yourself to feel and stay with the feeling. When you become present, accept the here and now and observe your thoughts and emotions without trying to change or fix them.

Over time, Allah grants you an inner peace that helps you respond with wisdom and choose your next steps with awareness. Healing is not easy, but you learn to live with what is instead of feeling powerless against it.
