I'm looking to sign up but I had taken a look at your roster and it seems like some haven't posted in a week / two weeks. I'm really looking forward to joining a roleplay, but not if its not active enough. So could you tell me how active people really are? & If you plan on updating roster pages, in case the ones I seen are not even apart of the roleplay anymore?
We're lax on activity, tbh, because a majority of our members work full time jobs/are parents/live outside of the US. If you sign up, there will be someone to interact with you. It won't be lightning fast, but someone (multiple someones usually) will acknowledge you and try to keep you entertained for as long as their own time allows. Our roster does need to be cleaned, but I'm mobile (at work, currently) and can say it won't be done until possibly 9pm CNT when I get home from the gym. If you can give me that long, I can give you a clean roster.-Emily
He's now free to play.
New look folks.
We'll work on putting some more links on there sometime soon. All of the others still applied to the old ways our group worked so just bare with us. And thanks to all of you who have stood by us regardless of whatever has happened or has been said.
- Kris
As the last admin to speak and the "bully" of note so I assume my thoughts will be short and simple.
If you are not a member of this rp and clearly do not intend to join or haven't been a member in what is most likely at least a year if not more, why do you care so much what is happening in it.
Our activity level shouldn't concern anyone to this degree. We're rarely in the tags. Who cares if the rp is open or not? And unlike my cohorts I'm going to disagree there's not reason we should close. Are we slow? Sure, but oh well? At this point there's a handful of members and we all do as we please. It works for us, the end. That's it. The rp works for those who are members. That's the only requirement for an rp to be open. And frankly if you're waiting to log on one day and see it dead just cut your losses. This rp is most probably never going to be what it was but it's here for those who want to be there and I'm tired of hearing people say it should just close.
As for the "bully" nonsense. People should perhaps get both sides of the story because never once have I just unhinged on someone for no reason. Never once have any of the admins or members done that.
but I mean what fun would it be for the person trying to stir up gossip to mention how the "people bullied" where probably the people who went on a loa because "family" only to be caught in another rp shit talking all of us ooc. So yeah, I reacted not so well to that. but that was also like 3 years ago so if soeone's trying to use that to justify not joining this rp that says more about them, then us.
What's "truth" and a "full story" tho right?
Anyways, if you want to be here old or new member, I want you here.
If you don't wanna be here, bye.
idk that's all I really had to say.
Tips, tricks, and suggestions for 2015
I have been apart of WWE-RPG since April of 2013, near two years or longer of it being in operation. Since then I have been thrown into this hole of some sort, trashed, and assumed the worse of because I have been a member of this place. People I have never even met or spoken to me know my name or are skeptical because of my being there if I happen to join their group. But the thing is they already have it in their head, some of them anyways, that I am this and that. And that's something I never had to deal with before or be included in. Never really bothered me much about assumptions until it continues to get out of hand by still going into the year 2015.
I, like most members, joined simply to write. That's most of our reasoning right? Never figured by doing that it'd bring me so many issues, but it has. Maybe even volunteering to be an admin made it worse. So here's some rambling I think should be taken into consideration, not just for my sake, but for others as well.
* NEVER ASSUME (It makes an ass out of you and me) This should be pretty self explanatory but it's something that all of us struggle with whether we want to admit it or not. It's a nasty thing that can mess with your head and even worse when it's repeated to a friend, or fellow group member, even if done innocently. As if you just need someone to talk to about it, right? But then that friend goes on and repeats it and before you know it everyone knows bits and pieces of just an assumption. Maybe something you saw or heard yourself. Then it goes along the grape vine and gets scrambled even more, people are missing half the story, some not even aware it was even an assumption, so forth and so on.
Hearsay is a nono. All it does is cause trouble for the person or people it's about and the one it started with. Because it never fails, when confronted someone is going to out who they've heard it from and when it's false information it'll make that person look just as bad as the one the story is about. Which is bad right? And that's where I get my next tip. * ALWAYS HAVE PROOF Seriously, if something has happened to you or you have witnessed it happening to someone else then make sure you have the proof to back it up. That means take screen shots of posts, inbox messages, chat logs, other places of social media, copying it or copying the links and keep it. Because when someone asks for the proof of why something was being said about someone, you'll have it. That might seem petty but at least you won't be seen as a liar in the situation. So whether it's a person attacking another ooc, an admin doing this or that, whatever it may be just make sure you have proof. And if someone can't present you with proof then don't trust the source.
* COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY This is the most important one because it's the main reason why everything gets out of hand in the first place. So say you're assuming something and then slandering someone and have proof on top of that, make sure it was meant to be. Some people take things out of place, mostly in character stuff being said, and assume it's a personal attack. If you feel like someone is personally attacking you then go to them privately and nicely to try and figure out the problem. From there it's how they react or what answer they give to which you should go from. Just remember do not attack them first while you're assuming they are attacking you or they will not give you an respect. Which leads to...
* RESPECTING OTHERS It doesn't matter who they play, how they play their character, what their blog looks like, what sexuality their character is, what their gender is in or out of character, what race they are etc and so forth. Always give respect to others, no matter what you think or even if they are doing something that is not your preference, because that is how you prevent issues with other people. The right thing to do is help someone not bring them down because that is how this community falls apart, that is how their is so many issues and so many groups. Because there are some people who instead of wanting to help others, bring them down. It is a person's right to
Roleplay whoever they want and how they want
Just because you don't like a character, wanted them, wanted a friend to play them or don't like how they play them does not mean you should give them any crap. EVEN if you're thinking it, don't act on it.
Have whatever sexuality the mun prefers
There are some people who have theirs straight, bisexual, or gay and that is THEIR right even if you're against it. Even if the person in real life isn't that way it is THEIR character. If you don't want to see their smut then politely ask them to put it under a read more, tag it with something so you can block it or whatever and hopefully they will respect you enough to do so. But aside from that, never slander someone for the choices they make on their character.
Write HOW they want or how much they want.
Not everyone is a writing genius, all of us came into roleplay at some point and time with horrible writing ability. But guess what? We got better because we wanted to or because we asked someone to help us, or was inspired by someone around us. So crapping on someone else because of where they are, no matter how long they've been roleplaying or what age they are is uncalled for. If they are happy with what they are doing then who are you to take their happiness away? And if they want to improve they will or they will ask someone, until then calm down.
Decorate their blog or RPG
This is not a big deal, or at least it shouldn't be. While I understand most of us, myself included, love to see a great looking theme for an RPG and people to have decent looking blogs. Not everyone can or wants to or even cares. I have seen plenty of people who have regular looking blogs, seriously back to the basic themes on tumblr, but make it look nice and have the BEST writing in the WORLD. Like, seriously, blow your mind worthy. (Crow, Nadia, Midge, Elf, Savannah from COC just to name a bit - seriously their writing is phenomenal.) So seriously, stop looking too far into themes because looks aren't everything. We are a community that's here to write, not win some blog beauty pageant.
* NEVER TAKE SIDES Probably the last tip because it's almost 3am and my mind is drawing blanks but seriously, if two or more people fight there is no need to take sides or keep things going. Why? Because not everyone will know the full story no matter how much of it is told to you. You will never know what fully goes on or how both or all people handled the situation, what kind of history they have (especially if they knew each other before you came into the picture) so just sit back. Hope for the best and be their rock if they need it, alright?
And with closing I'm just going to say this, stop holding grudges. There are so many things to be worried about and holding a grudge from years ago shouldn't be one of them. People change, people grow up, and half the time don't even remember. So move on, stop holding so much negativity in and have fun.

Attention Members
As current members know [hello there as well potential members] we put the show writing aspect of wwe-rpg on hold until we acquired enough active members to bring it back. Unfortunately as we're AU and put our show on hiatus that left members with a lack of anything wrestling related to discuss.
We're fixing that.
Effectively immediately wwe-rpg will now react to wwe/tna/ and indy shows, but we also remain AU to a degree so if something is happening on TV and you don't want to use that for your character you don't have too.
When we get the activity level back to where we like it we will discuss with you all the option of bringing the show writing back so those that either aren't "main event" level characters or don't like what their character /is/ doing on TV/Independents are free to build their character via the shows and put them at a level even with the John Cena's of the world.
WANTED: Motivated, creative, literate wrestling fans.
We are WWE-RPG, an alternate universe and we have been active since November 2011.
We are an e-fed style role play, but our shows are currently on hiatus until we get more talent. This is your chance to strike while the iron is hot!
We’re looking for roleplayers who aren’t afraid to take their characters’ careers into their own hands. You will control every aspect of their lives, from what matches they have to how their storylines progress, and of course, how their lives commence outside of the arenas.
Our dash is slower than most of the other RPs on tumblr, but that’s only because our players take the time and consideration to post in accordance to what their character needs to progress in their professional and personal lives. The storylines are real here. Whatever happens in the ring, happens in real life. Our group is small, but it is warm, inviting and ready to play with whoever knocks on our door.
If you’re new to the roleplaying scene, don’t despair, we have an extensive guides section put together by both the staff and our members to help you get started. We feature a news blog where you can post interviews, articles and other interest pieces on your character for everyone to read, as well as a gossip column to keep everyone on their toes.
Take fate into your own hands!
