she-dxvil:
âHow very noble of you.â Katherine teased â Oh Iâll enjoy. Can I get a bag of popcorn while Iâm at it?â
âIf you can track down some popcorn then go ahead. I am merely here for your enjoyment.â
she-dxvil:
âAnd who in the bloody hell said they should?â Katherine smirked âPerhaps the only pro to this entire charade. If you have a killer physique, that is.â
Wyatt laughed, âAlright fair enough. I suppose women get objectified often enough it can be my turn tonight. Enjoy the show all you want.â
she-dxvil:
Katherine giggled, amused by his apparent annoyance. Pressing the back of her palm to her forehead, she pretended to swoon âMy, oh my. You look quite dapper, if I do say so myself.â she quipped.
Wyatt shook his head and tried to hold back a laugh. If nothing else she was entertaining. Even if he had to look ridiculous during it. âYeah well i work hard to look this good so you better swoon. These things donât leave much to the imagination.â
she-dxvil:
âDo you want me to pinky swear?â Katherine taunted, amused. âOkay, okay. Just hurryâ I meant what I said about those 30 minutes.â
Wyatt left tto change into a costume and came back a few minutes later rolling his eyes. âI look ridiculous.â
duckgirlpenny:
âYou timed it perfectly,â Penny smiled at the new face, âWelcome Home, I guess?â
âThanks. I guess anything is better then where I came from.â He shrugged and stuck his hands in his pockets.
she-dxvil:
âAnd the ridiculously large hat with the feather on the side. Preferably blue, if possible.â Katherine giggled âChop chop.â
Wyatt laughed, âAlright. I guess Iâm going to get a stupid costume. Donât finish that bottle without me.â
she-dxvil:
âReally? I mean, I was always a fan of if youâve got it, better flaunt it.â Katherine teased â I promise I wouldnât judge you⌠too harshly.â
Wyatt shook his head, âyou want to see me in a pair of those tight pants donât you?â He laughed and took the bottle from her. âAlright fine.â
she-dxvil:
Chugging a mouthful down her throat, Katherine wiped her mouth with the back of her hand. âYou can rent some costumes if you wanna dress for the party.â she teased.Â
He laughed and shook his head, âI donât know. I was never a big fan of these things. Even when I was growing up here. They just seemed like a way to show off.â
she-dxvil:
Katherine raised the bottle in the air, a loud laugh flying from her lips âCheers or whatever.â
Wyatt nodded and shook his head. âCheers.â For a small girl she could hang.
she-dxvil:
âMy point exactly.â she threw him half a smile as she took a large swig from the bottle âThough, in about 30 minutes Iâll be too wasted to care.â
Wyatt laughed, âWell hereâs to the next 30 minutes.â
she-dxvil:
âI was gonna say out the oven but bus makes things more interesting. Not like anyone would notice it what with the stench of alcohol around hereâ
âYeah well hopefully booze covers this smell. though this town is like an oven most days.â
she-dxvil:
âAn hour? My, my. Youâre a fresh one then.â she joked
He laughed, âfresh off the bus and all of that. I could probably use a shower now that I think of it. Wash the bus and old people smell off.â
she-dxvil:
âThat is quite some time. Cityâs been treating you well thus far?â
âIn the hour that Iâve been here I guess. Canât say itâs changed all that much since I left.â
she-dxvil:
âOh, Iâm sure.â she chuckled âSo how long have you been gone for?â
âI left when I turned 18 so almost 20 years.â He shrugged,Â
