I have seen that with my daughters and now my eldest won’t stop singing Speechless. I think it’s a power anthem for sure. It’s such a good film and well done remake. That’s so sweet of you to surprise her that way. My plan is to move into the new home I have with my daughters. 

it’s a great movie isn’t it? that’s one of the best songs in the movie. i think young girls need something like that to look up to. it makes me excited for ‘the lion king’ live action. although pumaa looks terrifying. aw, good luck with the move!

I took my girls to see it the other day and I’ve had the same line from Friend Like Me stuck in my head and my girls are not impressed with my singing. Wow, I love Bali, that sounds like an amazing trip. I am spending the weekend with my girls, I think we are going to Disneyland to check out the new Star Wars place. I get confused between the American and Canadain holidays myself. 

i’ve finally learnt the words to ‘prince ali’ so i’m not getting murdered anytime soon. bali was great! it was nice to get away for a bit and my brother joined us for a day or two so that was nice to catch up. did you check out the star wars place? i can’t wait to go see it myself.

it was incredible! i was a bit skeptical of it because i loved the original aladdin but it’s great. the casting is incredible and i remember so many people being mad about that when it was first announced. it’s so bad. it’s been two days and it’s still stuck in my head. i live over in the states more often than not these days but my brain is stuck on australian 24/7.

Now that it’s summer and it’s time for tanks every night, I think I need to step up my tattoo work. I’ve got a pretty decent collection going on but as anyone with tats will tell you, it’s never enough. I’m thinking either a poke ball or a pizza slice on my sleeve or something. Just so it throws people off. I’m Tyler, I like pizza tattoos apparently. Who wants to go with me to watch this dummy get a dumb tattoo added to the collection?

The only thing with doing something like Rocketman is that once you’ve seen the movie all the songs are stuck in your head for about a week. I’ve had to see it a few times the last week and now I think I’m eternally programmed to sing Elton John’s greatest hits at any given opportunity. I’ll never be able to sing them as good as that legend or even my mate Taron. They’re far too talented for me. What’s everyone else been up to lately, though? I’ve been in this Rocketman bubble so I’m missing a lot.

everytime someone mentions that movie to me i always have that song stuck in my head anyway. looking forward to seeing it, though. can’t go wrong with a bit of elton, can you? i’ve been bugging my girlfriend and that’s really it. i need to get back to work before i go insane.
