Grateful
It has been over a year since I have logged in here. Having survived the purge only to face fresh challenges from the platform, it seemed like my little corner of the internet had run its course.
I logged in to find an old piece of writing, expecting to find a dormant account that no less stood as an important bookmark in the chapters of my life.
I did not expect to find my words were still being shared and spread, nor that I would have somehow attracted new followers.
For a time I had intended to say my farewells and leave Tumblr, however I never seemed to be quite able to see it through. Tumblr will always hold a special place in my heart, the community I found here has helped me through some of my darkest moments, and rallied around to celebrate the joys and triumphs along the way too.
I'm not sure what will happen moving forward, perhaps if I find the time I will create a more accessible blog and come back - but I have had that thought many times over the past year, so I can't make that promise.
Mister and I are still going well, we're still married and deeply in love, D/s is still the foundation of our relationship and Meitner has gone from unruly puppy to loyal companion.
Love, kindness and care has prevailed.
To everyone who has shared in the journey here, I thank you from the bottom of my heart, and for those who stumble across old words or posts - I hope they may be of some benefit.
Thank you Tumblr community. I am grateful.
