ysilla never married, following the precedent set by the other shields, however i do think she was myriah and daeron’s third for a bit and i think she has a committed ‘bosom friend’ among the court

i think ysilla has taken part in jousts as a mystery knight (everyone loves a mystery knight) but is also fully aware of the understanding that comes with being a woman playing at such games . . . she can’t be seen to win outright

looks-wise, i’ve got no fc for ysilla in mind, however here’s a little primer: she’s tall-ish, likely about 5’10”. an athletic build. often wearing armor more than silk, or blending the two together. deep tan skin with dark hair she keeps oiled and braided back out of her face. she has an easy smile, and as she gets older her crow’s feet and laugh lines are her most prominent wrinkles. she never really goes gray, save for one prominent streak framing her face. she fights with her left hand as well as her right, bringing some of her westerosi peers to deride her as backhanded.

while initially not expected to inherit, she ends up having the option but passes it off to her younger sister, as “greater duties occupy me” (see: her oaths to myriah and daeron ii). she does still wear a pin bearing the sigil of her house and their words to secure her cloak.
