Your companion is a healer, and she is the most gentle, kind person you’ve ever met. She works hard to keep your team alive, and is kind to say a prayer for each and every deceased. So selfless!

She has some oddities. Like her stomach gurgling despite not eating, or her insistence on seeing anyone recently deceased or dying. Her prayers also involve a strange sucking sound?

Oh well, it’s nothing to worry about.

You received a special magic item: glasses that allow you to see souls! They prove useful when fighting ghosts, but also enlighten you on something else…

After fighting a group of goblins, the priestess kneels down as usual. The goblin’s soul emerges from its still body, then drifts towards a glowing gateway. However, her moments are stopped. Then, she starts moving backwards… directly towards your companion’s mouth. She sucks, then slurps as the soul moves down her throat.
