                              bleak    &    barren       appears    a     realm     beyond    empyrealities    through    clepsydratic    lens         /         makeshift ,             contradictorily     childlike ,           filter     to    intent    gaure    manifests    itself    through    ianthine    diffusion    of     dutiful    sense    in    youth’s    font .        allow    a    second’s    stillness     to     pervade ,           &         thus    imbibe    a    lyric    written     to     my    very    existence ,           a    sobering    tribute    from    intoxication’s    invigorated    victim    to    hinges    as    eager    as    they    are    aerugone  :          forges    ties    to    beget    product ,            frames    drainéd    remains    of      L   O   V   E      with    gold    once    she    has    gone .            o ,      how    it    must    feel    to    strain    your    own    seams ,            to     experience    agapism’s    spectrum    in     place    of    its    mere    study     !             (       such    forbidden    flower     becomes     her         /        makes     haste     to    blossom    &    die .       )

                              ❝       what     surprises     me     is     how     eager     almost    anyone    i’ve     found    is    to     denounce  fate .       ❞              lo ,         mortal     eyne     !             the    catch    of    silken    scruple     ‘ pon    spindlehook         /         the    unrelenting    works    of    scribes     SUNKEN     into    bathyal    sockets .     duplexed    knotting    will    bind    their    splintered    heels    to    twinned    terrain ,              a    provision    of     forced    faith    through     catoptric  kaleidoscope .           their    aversions    will    result    in    naught   but     lucid     reflection ,                later    acceptance    abounding    in    diffluent    refraction .          how    many   times    i    have     beheld    self  -  declared    potentates    stripped    of    power    atop      heavenmost   heights ,          have    witnessed    laetification    made    manifest    through    gift    of    ELDRITCH     ALLURE       ;              they    cannot    abandon    my    memory ,           my    mystery    that    plays    its     melody    across    human    heartstring    long    past    tragedies    of    tangibility ,          for    they    know    not   from    whence    i    came ,              nor    to    what    home    i    RETURN      !      

                              but ,         alas ,          these    aged    prophecies     retain    inken    sooths ,            clinging    to    parchment    as    they    have    through    worlds    at    war        &        otherworldly    beginnings        &        ends    :               supposed    sapients    still    take    to    weaving    own    wreathes ,          decked    with    shorn    shards    of      earthly  tourmaline       &       fools’  gold .             ❝       strange    how    the    idea    of    a    higher    power    seems    to    frighten    ev’ryone ,          but    somehow    thinking    they    have    total    control    comes    as    a    comfort .      ❞              sincere    smiles    slip    among    selective    sympathies ,           sparing    exceptions    to    ichor  -  drenched    demands    granted    to    those    whose  creators    are    my    coevals .            ❝       i     don’t    know    if    i’ll     ever     understand    it .       ❞
