I went through my Patreon and got rid of the broken Main Menu CC. All that's left are the Custom Loading Screens but they DO work. All my images are from in-game, no altered AI images so you can see them as they are.

All CC is free, just join my Patreon and you'll have access. Hopefully, I can do Main Menu's again at a later date.

Broken CC

I have made the decision to unpublish my free Patreon for now. It is SO frustrating to have broken mods and no way to fix them at this time. Programs I currently use say they may not be updated. So, until then, I don't know what to do. I'm not going to keep exposing you guys to broken cc.

I hope in the near future this will change. I'm really getting frustrated with this game and all of the changes and monetary greed in the entire community. I've been playing Sims since the beginning and it's disappointing to be in this position, to say the least.

Main Menu Overrides Broken After March 17, 2026 Update

The March 17, 2026 update introduced changes that broke all custom main menu overrides, including those managed by mod managers.  This issue affects most, if not all, third-party main menu mods, regardless of the mod manager used. 

Key Points:

EA changed core coding related to the main menu, rendering existing overrides incompatible. 

A hotfix (patch 1.122.1) was released on March 18, 2026, which addressed the core .package file loading issue but did not restore main menu overrides. 

Main menu overrides remain broken until mod creators update their files to be compatible with the new patch. 

Mod managers cannot fix this issue—they rely on the game’s ability to load override files, which is currently disabled by the update. 

Recommended Actions:

Remove all main menu override mods from your Mods folder to prevent game errors. 

Wait for mod creators (e.g., Simmer Ciara, vyxated, Refreshed Main Menu team) to release updated versions. 

Use the “offline mode” in the EA App to continue playing without updating until your favorite mods are fixed. 

Check mod forums (e.g., EA Forums, Patreon, Reddit) for updated versions or temporary workarounds. 

✅ Note: Start screens, loading screens, and CAS room overrides are still functional. Only main menu overrides are affected.
