I’ve finally started working on animation! Here’s a little bit of camera work of the first, almost test sort of piece. It’s just going to be a short little animatic. Nothing super major. If you want to see more, consider buying me a ko-fi! All donations go towards me being able to do my artwork more consistently.

So, I remade my OC Xarptic for our campaign of Legend of the Five Rings (L5R for simplicity), and one of his disadvantages was that he was missing an arm due to an accident while training. Unfortunately, we also had a bunch of trials and tests to do, one of which was wrestling...

Gabe lost an arm in a battle and had to be sent home while he healed. Needless to say, Thomas was a bit concerned at the sudden appearance of his boyfriend and his lack of an arm. They had plenty of snuggles after the initial shock wore off.

Oh how long a way this boy has come! This is Xallas, who is a fusion between Xarptic and Fallax - and as you can see they’re obviously handling it quite well.

Gabe was not sure what exactly a cow was the first time he saw one and was quite startled by them. @branbrandio‘s Zarren had made sure to take full advantage of this information.

Gabe has to spend - for him at least - a decent bit of time away from Thomas, what with having to return to his duties in Hell. Duties which, naturally, require a certain level of composure regardless of circumstance. Composure that he tends to forget he doesn’t need once he gets back to his boy!

Dufaen Entis. Dae did some not-so-kosher experiments on this poor boy, causing him to lose most of his body - having it replaced with cybernetics - and giving him a none-too-pleasant childhood. He’s better now, though.

It’s alright It’s okay You’re not a monster You just made a few mistakes —- So! I got an idea of Gabe, further down the line, shortly after Thomas passing and not knowing how to deal with it. That combined with @brandybevraj introducing me to “It’s Alright” by Mother Mother, and this is the result!
