I’ve always struggled with my weight, but i’ve never seen these numbers before. Never this high. why?? why is this such an issue for me? Why am i in this rut i can’t seem to escape? 

I re downloaded the myfitness pal app and wanted to do something about it. I was shocked to see 170s. I was just getting use to the 160s . 

Tyler and i love to sit at home , eat , drink and watch movies together . I hate it . I hate what i’ve become. I hate that i’m this person who is wasting this precious life away. All for comfort. I’m tired of battling flesh desires in my head and heart . I know I want something else so why dont my actions match??

Its time to start changing. I’m mad, but i need that anger to fuel me to do better . To be better .
