Hi Self! A little update from 2026. It took us 14 years, but we made it to Lisbon!

Hello Me from 6 years ago! Those things actually happened. You met him at work, he had a huge crush on you and took almost a year before he had the courage to ask you out. He was a great guy, he always fetch and take you to work everyday because he wants to make sure you're safe. You would always went out every weekend to watch a movie or cuddle at home while watching a korean drama or movie. He took you to Boracay and you guys had a couple of adventures and getaways. You guys had fun spending time with each other, eating or sleeping or just being together. But then life happens and he met some body new at work and it's another reset.

This was soo 6 years ago.

May 2007. UP Baguio Residence Hall (BREHA). Umakyat kami ni Father dear a day ahead ng enrollment para makapagpa-medical exam and maagang makapila sa enrollment kinabukasan. Wala naman kaming matutuluyan for the night at dahil limited ang budget, sa dorm na namin naisipang magtransient. Sa room 108 kami inassign ni Manang Ofel na pang dalawang tao lang. Super spacious ang room horizontally na magkadugtong ang 2 bed, may 2 ginormous na closet tapos may pahabang study table and super high ceiling. Settled na kami ni Father dear and ready nang matulong nung biglang nagtext si Ate. "Neng, kamusta ang Baguio? 'Wag kang titingin sa may kisame ah? May babaeng naka-puti na nakalutang. Good night. :) " After mabasa ang text, nakatulog naman ako ng very light dahil sa pagod sa byahe but then after a few hours, nagising ako at biglang naalala ko yung message ni Ate. Baguio nga naman yun, madaming "mumu" plus super eerie and room and so there goes the kapraningan. Habang si Father dear naman ay mukhang himbing na himbing sa pagtulog sa kanyang bed. 'Nong di ko na talaga keri ang takot plus lamig, tumayo ako sa bed ko at ginising si Father dear para tumabi sa kanya. Syempre, naawa naman sa akin si Father dear pinatulog ako sa tabi nya. And nakatulog ako ng very light pero takot pa ring tumingala sa kisame kasi nga naman baka kung ano ang nakabitin dun.  The next morning, sinumbong ko si Ate kay Father Dear sa ginawa niyang pananakot sa akin. *Insert evil laugh here* Ilan na naman kaya ang mga freshies na mabibiktima ng mumu something sa UP Breha ngayong June? Hihi.

Random FB friend said and I quote, "di pa muna kami magpapakasal kasi wala pa kaming 5Millions, nag-iipon pa. #angkukulit nyo". 

I was about short of an inch close to write a comment: "Girl, never kang magkaka-5 MILLIONS. It's 5 MILLION kasi neng. Gawhd!" LOL

Updates. Updates. Updates.

Because I have not updated my tumblog lately, here are some updates:

I am now somehow liking my career as a CSR chat agent for an online optical shop. In all fairness, the work load isn't that hard and I just have to talk and answer the queries of customers via chat using canned response.

Au contraire, I kinda hate some aspects of this job. The long hours sitting in front of the computer. Having to answer simple questions for idiots, granting stupid and really unreasonable request (product related). I feel like I'm in a rot and I want to be in a place where I can actually do what I wanna do and be proud of it. Well, I'm giving it about two or three more months.

I dyed my color Gold Blonde, well the Gold Blonde from Etude, and now it looks like Strawberry Blonde (I guess). On top of that, I had a hair cut, twice. I threw away my green-blueish contact lenses and switched to the clear ones. I am addicted to Forever21, and would always buy something from the store every payday and I dunno why.

And the most important thing is, I'm done with college. As in its over baby. I have to wait for April and I can finally bring my parents to Baguio for my graduation ceremony. Yey!

Last Sunday, as I was entering the room to take the Civil Service Exam..

Me: *hands testing slip and ID to Room Proctor*

Proctor: Ikaw ba talaga to? *Looks at me, then looks at the picture, then again at me* Bakit parang bumata ka?

Me: Ma'am di lang talaga po ako photogenic. *Smile*

Proctor: Sigurado kang ikaw talaga 'to ah? Oh, pasok na.

Moral lesson, magpapicture ng matino wag yung rush ID pictures sa City Hall kung ayaw mong magmukhang matanda o kabayo sa picture. LOL
