I get it that it's hard. I have felt the cravings that you feel. Honestly.. have you ever regretted staying on track and l0s1ng w3ight? The answer to that question is ABSOLUTELY NOT! But the feeling of what you could have if you didn't give up on yourself again, after only a few days? And for what? Sweets? Don't be weak this time. You always have a choice. The pain of regret or the pain of discipline? Give yourself the time, because it will pass anyway, regardless of what you do. Make something out of your pain. One day you'll wake up to your dream w3ight and the body that you worked SO HARD for.
It's the only way!
being fat and struggling w/ eating is so embarrassing….like i really i am the size of a ford f-150 for no reason
Tips from back when I was skinny and was at uni + had a part time job
Tips for making it easier to work and study:
-> Switch fasts for small, low calorie meals: you won't feel as dizzy and will still be getting your body some nutrition, even if you restrict
-> Coke zero, coffee and energy drinks. Those were lifesavers from when I started feeling dizzy at classes or work
-> Try to arrange your meal times so you eat right before you go study and before going to work (and if you fast, do it overnight, 14 hours everyday already make a huge difference)
-> Have your protein. I used to eat lots of eggs back then, along with chicken breast on at least one meal
-> Volume eating. Your favorite low cal vegetables/fruits can help you feel full way easier (my go to were tomatoes and watermelon)
And that's what I can remember for now, feel free to add more tips in the comments ~
